The past few times I have ordered items from this store, they have NOT completed the order. I currently have a "photo mug" ordered, and according to the website, it's been delivered, but the store can't find it. SO FRUSTRATING. I did this 3 weeks early, and now, will have to hunt down a place to do it quickly.

Have self service kiosks, but also available photo tech when needed. Very easy access to interstate highway exchange with ample parking.
