I found Dr Wallace 25 years ago when I moved to St Louis, and have been coming here ever since…now with my husband and 5 kids. We don’t live anywhere close anymore, but consider a good dentist worth the drive. Dr Wallace is so good about making clear what really needs to be done, and what can wait or remain undone. With a large family, we so appreciate this! We have never had any bad experiences and have had so many good ones over the years. I highly recommend Dr Wallace and his staff!

I moved away from St. Louis about 10 years ago, and haven’t found a dentist who compares yet! Dr. Wallace is the best medical professional who I’ve had the pleasure to see in my adult life.

I’m inspired to write this after a terrible experience with a dentist in the Madison, WI area where I live now. At my first visit, the dentist basically doubted the existence of an autoimmune disorder in my gums that Dr. Wallace helped prescribe about 12 years ago. I offered Dr. Wallace’s information to him for the reference and he responded, “Dentists don’t really do that. ”

I responded that Dr. Wallace had prescribed long-distance for me after we moved and I was sure that he WOULD remember and have my file… and the dentist basically ignored me.

Sure enough, after a scheduled procedure my gums flared up and mouth sores broke out all over my mouth. After an excruciating weekend, I called my new dentist at 8am… and got no response until my 3rd call after 2pm. HE STILL DOUBTED AND MADE ME COME IN. Then they screwed up the prescription, so I didn’t have relief until after 5pm.

PLEASE APPRECIATE GOOD PROFESSIONALS! Dr. Wallace is the rare medical professional who is current in his science and old-school in his “bedside manner”. My family has only been blessed with 3 or 4 of those through the years, and every new doctor who lacks this makes me appreciate the gems more and more.
