7I am very upset with the auto carry center at Walmart took a friend's car in to have the tires checked and the was very rude and they didn't call us to tell the car was done walked around Walmart for 2 hours and all they could say was the person that worked on the car went to lunch and I would never take any car back to Walmart
Just needed a valve stem replaced due to leaking. They nicked my bead and said that was the problem. Now my tire is waisted and I'm just out of luck. Thank you Wal-mart.
I absolutely can not express this enough do not take your car to this place. Thanks to the incompetent people working there our lug nuts were cross threaded and it had cost us more out of pocket to have our repair done. Walmart take accountability, that's a joke within itself.

Not the fastest but is more convenient.
First time I went I had an appointment and when I got there they said it was a 4 hour wait. I made another appointment the next day and it was fine then. All in all the low prices make it worth the trouble.
Called the night before to ensure I was arriving at the best time to have all four of my tires remounted due to bad beads. I am a wheelchair user and it is not easy for me to drive and I wanted to make the most of my time. I was told that early in the morning is the best time or the middle of the week. I asked if they had appointments and I was told only if you have new tires installed. I showed up this morning right at opening there was nobody else in the parking lot, bays or waiting area. I was told it would take about an hour which is fine. I came back after an hour and they had just rolled my vehicle into the bay for work. I was told to come back in another hour. I asked GM why the work hadn't been done and received an answer we only had one person on staff. Makes no sense to me because they were servicing cars ahead of mine. All told it took 4 1/2 hours to remount 4 tires. The only reason I am giving this service center two stars instead of one is for the fact that the lady who did the work cleaning the rims and mounting the tires did a really good job. I cannot recommend this autocare center. If you go there be prepared to wait and be ignored.
