Communication. That's all. If I have an appointment for an oil change and ask for an additional service, TELL ME it will add several hours to my wait time! Then I will make the choice to reschedule rather than waiting for over two hours only to be told it would be at least another hour! Seriously, communication at the time I walked in would have made me one very happy customer and I would have gladly left five stars! I didn't even leave a bad review the last time I was here in the technician left the engine cover off my car. I went back, got it and was very happy. Why? Because the technician communicated! He called me immediately. But wasting several hours of my time is inexcusable!
SIMPLY. COMMUNICATE! It's not tough.

To make an extremely ridiculous long story short. On the day of our appointment they said we ordered the wrong tires. Then it turns into they got the names mixed up but they have tires that will fit my vehicle. Not even the tires we ordered and paid for. At that point they'd already started the refund, made us pay for the tires all over again. Up there for FOUR HOURS. Days later instead of giving the refund we get charged another $464. Been 9 days, still haven't gotten either of the refunds. Never will understand their stupidity or laziness and will never again use them for anything. Will be telling everyone I can not to either. They either need all new staff or to just close it altogether.

You know I never have a good experience at Walmart expecially the automotive department cuz they're so slow think I'm just going to go someplace else from here on out and just pay more money you just leave with more time left in and not so stressed out just makes more sense

I went in with questions about ordering from the app. Turns out, they didnt know much. They did what they could and tried answering my questions about the product but after all was said and done, it was a better deal to buy elsewhere. They get 3 stars for the attempt to help and answer product questions.

Out of all the Walmart auto cares it's Blue springs Missouri or Bonner springs Kansas only.

Multiple experiences where it seems like they just don't want to do the work. No more oil changes at 2: 00 PM on weekday afternoon?

Talked to girl on phone 50 minutes before the closed about fixing or replacing a popped tire that was already off the vehicale. She said to come in after checking with guys in back. Got there 40 minutes before close and guy comes out of garage and said they could not do anything tonight. No other cars there being serviced. After taking kids to use restroom we exited through tire shop everyone there was just joking around and laughing in the lobby area not doing anything. Why could we not buy a new tire? Seemed they were just not interested in helping us.

Would give zero if possible. Maybe, likely the worst people you would ever want touching your car.lazy, incompetent.simple battery swap and light replacement took 3 hours and left me correcting what was done.believe me I'm no seasoned mechanic but I had to fix the battery cables, tighten the housing that holds the battery safely in place + adjust the lights (left headlight high sky up- 1 shooting down) to see driving down the streets.would recommend to worst enemy or bad relative.otherwise avoid at all costs.

I called them at 6: 09 because they close at 7 to see if they could put two tires on rims for me he said yes if I’m there within 15 minutes so I hang up at 6: 12 and loaded up my tires got to the store at 6: 22 and I got the two rims out just for the same guy I talked to on the phone tell me they won’t be able to get to me then I told him I got here within the 15 minutes he said then he got an attitude and said bring it in and he’ll write me up so I just loaded them back up and took my business elsewhere
