Walmart Auto Care Centers reviews
18I needed 2 new tires, I was able to make an appointment, in and out in 45 minutes. Great job guys!
I called about getting my tire replaced. The tire was under a warranty I had purchased from Walmart. I called they made my appointment for the next day which was fine. Next day comes around I get a notification that my appointment at 1 pm was coming up, I had to call Walmart again because they told me it was at 4pm not 1pm like the text said. When I called same person that answer the day before answers, she looks up the account I explain the situation and tells me its fine to bring it in at 4pm like we had agreed. My brother takes the car in for me and they tell him its 3 hours past our appointment time and they can't take us in. After arguing with the person over this, she then agrees to take us as a walk in and tells us we don't have any warranty on the tires. Long story short my brother showed her the receipt for the warranty and still then she said the warranty could no longer cover it and I would have to pay the full price for the tire. They have terrible communication issues with in the department and the customers have to pay for it. Over all terrible customer service. I will definitely not be taking my vehicle to this location ever again.
Tearesa was great. Only person back in automotive working customers. Over worked, no help, called numerous times for managers, no one showed. Rude customers, handled it better than I would.
Such a terrible experience I went 2hrs before I had to get my child from school I just needed my battery replaced I waited a hour an a half and they never pulled my car back even though I was told it wouldn't take long when I got there. I left went and got my child came back waited again over a hour just for them to tell me they're out of the battery my car needs. So y'all couldn't tell me that when I first came back had me waiting with a fussy baby and toddler for over a hour FOR NOTHING. Didn't even apologize. On top of that someone stole my bags out of my shopping cart and they could care less. They stand around while there's a line instead of doing their job. The lady at the register was so nice but she was so stressed poor lady. The men are terrible all of them. And I had to leave scared my car wouldn't start because my current battery is bad. Never again. Lesson learned
Walmart Auto Care did a really good job pointing me in the right direction for tires on my vehicle. Great service. But as always you walk out with so much more.lolol. You go for chips and leave with a bunch of other stuff.lolol.
So they refuse to tell me how much the maintenance was going to cost and told me to just go wait outside and one of their maintenance people would come greet me after a while and they were correct after about 10 minutes one of them walked over and told me to leave while a second maintenance man was doing donuts with a customer car in the back where he thought no one could see so I decided to leave.
Well done! I certainly feel like this place deserves a higher rating than its average. I went in for both a tire rotation and oil change, and each of these took less than 20 minutes before I received a notification. Very fast, and very reasonable. Performed on a Monday morning.
Called in advance about a flat tire, but when I got there they weren't able to take me due to having a full schedule for the day. This led to a cascade of issues like dominos falling. Had to put the spare on in the parking lot, lost some tools, and when I came back, they didn't have the necessary lug key to remove the tires.
People were pleasant and there was little to no wait in the morning. Just had a routine oil change and that's all.
Ordered 4 brand new tires online and they shipped earlier than my scheduled appointment. Mechanics were able to get me in early. Pleased with the service and no long wait time
Had a slow leak in my tire they told me they checked the tire all the way around and put in a dunk tank and said nothing was wrong, took it down the road to el jefe and they found the nail in 3 minutes. Also had my fiancé get an oil change there and she waited for 45 minutes in the bay before anyone even came up to talk to her after asking for the oil change at the auto care desk
We came to get a taillight replaced and we’re there for almost 2 hours for a $13.24 service. When we first arrived every employee walked past us until we finally asked for help and even then the associate said they’d have to find someone else to help, but no one ever came to assist. They were unbelievably unprofessional and slow. This was probably the worst service I have ever received and will never be back.
0 star. This location is the laziest and the rudest of all. I went there just for an oil change, and each time, they told me "come back tomorrow" for the third time. I drove 30 minutes each time, but they don't even say sorry.
Don't ever come to this location for automobile-related services unless you want to waste half of your day.
When I can't find what I want anywhere else, I know I can find it at Walmart. I LOVE Wally World.
Took 2 hours to replace 2 tires. Also, they misplaced my keys and didn’t reveal the information until I asked why they were taking so long.
It took me 5 hours to have my oil change and on top of that they left my lights on and I discharge my battery
Depending on what you need, the morning is probably the best time to go. They're having an employee shortage for some reason. It took them more than an hour for them to change my tire but come to find out I had a Walmart card in my wallet for over 10 years and it paid for a brand new tire mounting, balancing, road hazard and still have money left on the card. I was totally amazed that I had all that money on that card and didn't know it.
I even had enough for a brand new fishing pole. Now I just need the time to go use it. You would think it wouldn't be that hard to find the time now that I'm retired, but it is.
It was a real good Monday for me.
Picked up a battery, the clerk directed me to the correct area to grab my battery, and there was an associate already there that helped put the battery in my basket. Good experience.
