Took a set of tires for them to mount and balance. After an hour they informed me their machines can't do it. On the way home, a tire started tearing apart and went flat. I had brought them the truck with a bigger set on the rear. They staggered the tires when they put them back on which made the sizes fight each other. Terrible service and experience.

Overall probably the best auto department I’ve seen at any walmart, clean and organized and the staff know cars. They take their time and do things without a rush. Quality.

The staff was more worried about fixing an employee’s car than getting my oil change the wait time is over an hour no cars are in the garage

I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for an Oil Change. When I started up my jeep afterwards the check engine light came on. I went back in and told them to which they told me that it was on when I brought it in. (it definitely was not on) They read the code and told me that it was the oil pressure sensor and that I needed to take it to a mechanic. I had a mechanic look at it the next day but he noticed that they put the wrong oil in my jeep. He recommended that I call them and let them know. Walmart agreed to changing the oil with the correct oil and the light is still on. We’ve contacted corporate office to file a complaint but I’m afraid that they have damaged my vehicle.

Put my hub cap over my inflator tube so now I can't add air. Had oil changed at a later date and they overfilled oil by at least a quart.
