2Fast, efficient, and courteous. Will be back. Had a tire mounted on a new rim and an oil change.
Dropped my Jeep off to get the oil changed while I did grocery shopping and everything else you can do at Walmart for 2 hours. I went back there after I was finished with my shopping, I looked outside and saw them pulling my Jeep out of the shop and parking it where they park the finished vehicles I assume. The keys come in and are dropped off at the counter the guy goes to cash me out and then goes “ what type of oil did you want in your Jeep? ” I then asked has the oil not been changed? To which he responded not yet they weren’t sure the oil you wanted. Now when I checked in I said the synthetic oil was fine. I assumed they just had a synthetic oil they used. I then say I’ll just take my Jeep elsewhere tomorrow. Annoyed but it’s whatever, I then get in my Jeep and they had reset my Jeeps oil life to 100%. I then asked again are they sure it wasn’t changed and they didn’t have a answer…. So thanks for nothing and now I have learned to not have a simple oil change done there in the future.
