9Show up at 4: 15 to get a oil change was turn away because the lady in front of me was going to be there last customer because they don't want to work late turn money away great way to run a business very poor service from the management
I’ve had previous experiences with them that were pretty solid but they’ve gone downhill fast. The auto care center will leave you on hold for extended periods of time (I waited for 24 minutes) and they’re very unprofessional and rude when you do get to speak with them.
Got an oil change after work & it only took 30 minutes.they just did what I asked for instead of telling me all the things wrong w my car, and they didn’t pressure me to get anything else done which is really appreciated!
Waited for nearly 4 hours. I wish I was kidding. Took an hour for my car to get into the bay, and another 2 1/2 to do an oil change and check my tires for leaks. Perhaps they were short staffed, which I would understand, but I’m not sure. Either way, very disappointed and frustrated. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star is because the girl who rang me up was very nice.
Went in for tire change and they took apart the interior for no reason and now it won't go back into place because they broke it

I was denied service because they "couldn't get the lug nuts off" we brought it home and every lug nut came off with no issues. Very disappointing.
Showed up at 6: 45 for the first appointment slot at 7 for a tire change. Took the technician 2 hours due to him being on his phone the ENTIRE time
Ordered tires online, and showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment. After about 30 minutes of watching everyone stand around, someone finally came up and asked if I needed help. Told him I was there for my tire appointment, after another hour, they finally asked for the key to my truck. They told me they would send me a text when it was done. I walked around the store for 2 hours, only to walk back there to check, find my truck in the parking lot, and everyone gone on their lunch break. Whole ordeal was well over 3 hours. If you want to order tires online and have them put on at the store, go anywhere but Farmington Walmart! Wish I could leave 0 stars.
