Ohhh i din't even know where to start

I just left the walmart. SUZANNE! SUZANNE OLD LADY SUZANNE. I'm standing in the customer line & when it comes to my turn. MS. SUZANNE here ask me how can i help you? I smiled and said i am going to be sending money. TELL ME WHY SUZANNE HERE TURNS HER SMILE UPSIDE DOWN AND EVEN WITH A HEAVY SIGH LIKE SHE WAS BORED OR SOMETHING IN A VERY RUDE TONE. TO WHO AND TO WHERE? I EXPLAINED TO HER I STARTED THE TRANSACTION ON MY APP AND IT SAYS TO FINISH IT OFF IN STORE. THIS LADY WITH A VERY RUDE ATTITUDE SAYS WELL SHE DON't KNOW HOW AND SHE IS GOING TO GET A MANAGER AND ZOOOMS OFF. WALMART CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEE.

No In person checkouts AT ALL. I will not be giving this corporation any more of my money to pay people to literally stand around on their phones or gossiping doing absolutely nothing.

Prices are hard to beat as long as you don't mind a bit of a crowd and dodging the personal shoppers they are on a mission.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Laziest employees, terrible customer service. I waited in like with 10 other people for 25 min. The line did not move. I made my way up to the register and the woman working said “I’m about to go on break” and left. Then the next t employee with a bad attitude walks up. She scans the check I’m trying to cash and said “we can’t cash it. I don’t know why. Call the number on this receipt”. Trash employees, dirty store… go literally anywhere else to shop.

Seems like they are barely trying to have a retail store there. Over a third of the items I needed were out of stock.

Never fails, Everytime I shop here if there are African American people working, we are treated like second class. Then rushed through like cattle with employees being disrespectful and unhelpful Everytime.

This is my #1 value chopper area. Staff is in every case cordial. Costs are in every case reasonable.

Staff here are agreeable and accommodating. There is a ton of stopping here yet gets extremely occupied.

Worst self-check out in Northland. Plenty of self-check out lines but 1/3 are shut down intentionally and 1/3 have errors at any given time. The employees assigned to this area are not polite and make no attempt to fix the errored out machines. The one staffed line is at customer service and it wraps around the front of the store.

Extremely well mannered staff are perfect and coordinated. The lines can get a bit long now and then yet other than that it's a decent spot to get what you need.

This place is a disaster, it's almost all self check out, hope you don't need an approval from an employee because you'll be waiting even longer then you did to get to the machine, and they won't be polite. Will be avoiding this one in the future

I ordered delivery, not that I'm lazy but because I had 7 grandchildren with me and needed the groceries. Outside of the fact that this particular store is always out of certain items on a regular basis, their "shopper's" don't use care, when selecting items. I got meat that had a hole in the packaging and it was not good! I reordered what they were out of from a different store, made arrangements for some of the kids to stay with a neighbor, and I will pick up from my regular store. I did put in for a refund through the app, but it is inconvenient when you pay for a service and have to find a way to get what you need
