Walmart Pharmacy, Cape Girardeau MO

Walmart pharmacy is excellent, especially their text notifications, letting us know it's time to refill our medications.

The Walmart pharmacy app lets us totally manage our medications in every way.

Over the years, a few Walmart pharmacy employees have gotten to know me by name and greet me at the counter.

To these employees that I've gotten to know, a shout-out for your friendliness. Kyle, Hu, and Janet.

Used to be convenient but now, very inconvenient! I get off work at 7am and pharmacy doesn't open until 9am. I live too far to go home and come back. I switched to Medicine Shoppe cause they will deli er to my job. MUCH more convenient!

I switched to this pharmacy after some nightmare experiences with CVS. I am so happy I switched! I wish I had written down everyone’s names so I could personally thank them. Both the pharmacy tech, and pharmacist were so helpful and so kind. The pharmacist (a wonderful and kind older gentleman) made me laugh, and was incredibly informative. Usually I get meds shoved at me with a gruff “Any questions? ”. These folks made sure to tell me all about my medications and gave me information I wouldn’t even have thought to ask about. I’m so impressed! Picking up meds used to be the worst part of my month, but now I think it’ll be one of the brighter aspects of my month! Thank you, Walmart Pharmacy!

I am a case manager who calls a lot of pharmacies for price checks, I called several times and was amazed every time at the high level of customer service. They worked with me for some time to find the right plan for our patient at the right price. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, thank you for caring for our patients as much as we do!
