Walmart Supercenter, Kansas City MO

Some of the employees seem to be very deceptive, management seem very rude also.sorry i got no employee names.

On Thurs aug 26 at 1050am, I spoke with a Leann who looked like a personal shopper. She was very nice and helpful. I asked her who the young lady with red hair was working the online pickup area. She told me her name was "Elvita". I had to ask bc this young lady with braided red hair working the online pick up area had her name tag on backwards so no one could see her name. She probably had her name tag on backwards because she is an awful person, very rude. She was acting like she absolutely hated her job and wanted to take it out on customers. So Elvita, if that was her name, is awful.

If Walmart doesn't have it, you may not need it. LOL What can I say? We all know what a trip to Walmart is like: the parking can be atrocious, especially on weekends, and don't be shocked if there are lines because there are times when they just don't have enough registers open. And because of covid, they've got someone assigned to regulate the lines to the self-checkout, which is my preference. Heck, my preference always used to be to visit Walmart in the wee hours of the morning so I could shop leisurely in an uncrowded store, but we don't have that option anymore. The other reason I preferred middle of the night shopping was because they'd have people engaged I'm restocking the shelves overnight, and those are the folks who could readily help you find things. This SuperCenter has a good selection of stuff, you can get your groceries there, and I use the Boardwalk Square location's pharmacy for my prescriptions. And I rate them very highly. They do a lot of volume, but they do an excellent job of making sure my questions are answered. And, without going into detail, I will tell you that the pharmacy staff has gone above and beyond for me personally on several occasions through the years.
Can't say about the ladies, but this store does a really good job of maintaining clean, fresh smelling men's bathroom facilities.

Had to drive up north kc to get oil change. All the inner city Walmart don'tt do oil changes anymore. Great service here, 20 mins and done

I swear on my life and my yeezys only two and a half people work at this Walmart. No matter what day time or era this place has lines stretching across the store because out of the 20 cashier lanes only 2-3 ever have cashiers leaving the other 95% of customers to line up for miles waiting for self checkout. Pitiful.

This Walmart location is pretty bad. Merchandise on the floors. Needs a good floor sweep. 2 check-out manned. Self check-out inoperable. Hardly in staff on the floor.

Staff are rude as hell and the store is always packed with no registers open. Avoid at all costs.

I gave them one star because they had the flour that I wanted. They're lucky they got that. They really need a zero star system on this thing.

There are 4 cashiers only in a busy weekend. The line in self serve is also long. Terrible waste of resources.

Absolutely the worst customer service.never enough associates at the registers! I am amazed at the number of bosses just standing around visiting with each other while while 4 lanes are open and each lane is 8 people deep! This is why I go to the Gladstone Walmart!
