Walmart Supercenter, St. Louis MO

Went to this Walmart from out of town and I must say, these were some of the rudest staff members I have ever met at a Walmart. 3 out of 4 employees that I had to talk to had a very big chip on there shoulders. Not sure why, I was polite as can be, even after they were rude. I have learned in life rude people hate this more than anything.

I shopped got to the front and only self-check lanes were open. I left that whole cart. I don't work at or for Walmart.

I am home with Covid and can not leave. I sent my 16yr old son to this Walmart to grab some items for me as I can not get them myself. Upon him leaving the store, an employee at the entrance stopped my son and asked for his receipt. He supplied it and the employee proceeded to scan every item in the cart. One she finished scanning the items, she refused to let me soon leave the store stating that he was stealing. Yet everything in the cart was paid for. I was on the phone with him the entire time. I asked to speak to the employee and she refused. I instructed my son to take the items and go to his car. This employee followed my son to his car and stood behind it to prevent him from leaving. I asked him to get her name and when he asked, she walked off. I shop at this Walmart often and for this to happen to my son is completely uncalled for.

It was great the employee was marvelous with there help it was a blessing. I, ll be sure to back. A. D.and Maria my wife.

Huuuuge lot, ok store, pretty clean. Some nice employees here! But you will do a lot of walking due to layout and they are often out of personal care items like my antacids, deodorant, and toothpaste (sometimes for months) which is annoying. Also tiny produce and plant section is picked over always.

As soon as I arrived at this store I had someone page to electronics I was there 30 minutes without any help. After I stood there 30 minutes another customer came walking up, the manager on duty Rick went to him helped him didn't acknowledge us till I went off. I will not return to this location and hope nobody else will

Its a great place to shop. But when u get ready to check out they only have 3 check out lines open. And I will not go to the self checkout. That Is taking someone's JOB! And that means I have to stand in line for 20 minutes or more. They need more checkers!

Will never shop here again I was garrassed by an employee who even grabbed my arm and purse and tried yanking me towards him. Due to my PTSD bc of past things in my life I panicked and had flashbacks I ran put of store and ended up in a complete panic attack! It e as awful

I feel like since 2020 the walmarts in my area have been going down hill. I know a lot of it is probably unavoidable with new pandemic restrictions, like how there is someone stocking every isle throughout the day, usually blocking the one item I need to purchase from that isle. The one way isles would have been a good idea if there was some way to make people follow them. The main issue I have is that the items we buy most often are often out of stock or the stock they do have is damaged. On a recent visit I bought my wife a clear plastic organizer for cotton balls and quips etc. It had a wide label around the top of the taller compartment in the middle of the tray. When I got it home and started to remove the label we saw that the plastic was all cracked behind the label. My wife returned it, for a refund as there were no others available for an exchange. The next time I went, I happened to walk down the same isle I found the organizer in, and there it was, the broken one we returned, back on the shelf for sale. I guess they are waiting for someone to buy it that wont return it. Be sure what you're buying isn't broken to save yourself a trip to the customer service counter!

This is a massive store! I've never been to this location before! Be sure to eat breakfast and take your vitamins before shopping at this location I had meant to shop for just a few things but ended up being in the store for 2 hours. There are so many aisles in this store that you would need a skooter to get you in and out of the store in a timely manner.
You've been warned!

Went in late bathroom was quit dirty and had not 1 cashier open, was strictly self checkout.
I have a broken wrist which made it really difficult to do, but some nice employee helped me out, did not get her name but she went above and beyond to accommodate me.

They where stocking shelves when I went in so it was messy. Boxes all over the place. But they kept the isles clear so I wasn't stepping on the cardboard

Really dont like the Wal-Mart on Telegraph rd. At i255. I gladly drive much farther if I need to go to a Wal-Mart for any reason. If you go here make sure it is before 1 or 2pm earlier is better.

If you want to cash your check (working on getting direct deposit) don’t come here. Every time I have came in they haven’t had it opened when they are supposed to be. They say their employees aren’t showing up. It’s just very convenient for us to go here since we shop here. It’s just frustrating. Hopefully direct deposit is on the way to working bc this is just ridiculous.

Very limited men's hair section and i mean very limited compared to all other walmarts. Had to go elsewhere for what i needed.

It is complete shambles, who ever the manager is needs some help in supplies, cleanleness, cleanliness, retraining employees, all over help for his store.

The never have lanes open. Only 3 today out of 15. Forcing everyone to self checkout. Simply ridiculous. I am going to target from now on!

I love being followed around all the time. You go to certain areas your gonna? Get followed. So if you have to buy electronic equipment make sure it's the only thing you have to buy and leave if not you have a stalker until your done

Advertised a sale and website said item was "in stock, " but when I got to the store for pickup they said the item was missing which is why they priced it so low. Doesn't even make sense!

This Walmart is the absolute WORST! NO customer service whatsoever. This is the last time I visit this one. The one on Watson in Shrewsbury. I went in at 645pm, December 26, with a return.they refused to even let me near the service center. Very, very rude associate said, we will not take anything at this time. Bring it back tomorrow morning. Well, I had the receipt in my hand, asked if I could return it at the register, when checking out. This woman again, was incredibly rude! I ended up going to the telegraph location, they returned my item, no problems at all. I will never go back to Walmart in Shrewsbury. And when I called corporate to make a complaint.never talked to anyone or got to voice my experience. From now on, I will only visit the Telegraph location. They are awesome
