Walmart Supercenter, Sullivan MO

Has changed for the worst since the COVID-19 pandemic. No longer 24 hour. And always trying to act like the government on trying to make you shop how they want you to shop.

Unhappy workers slapping items in wherever, greeters were greeting but not checking receipts. Lots of empty holes, managers not prioritizing. No milk stocked but stacks in the cooler and three workers looking for outdated in the coolers in front of at least 4 doors almost completely empty - except of soy and such- milk. This was at 3 in the afternoon. Milk was needed, desperately, not the yogurt you couldn't sell. Guess you can't see over that already fat bottom line.

This Walmart always looks like there's no one to fill the shelves. It's a big store, but they have less variety than most stores its size. It's good for emergency shopping.

Was witness to a customer service person being rude to a guy who was returning unwanted canned goods almost scolding him over the fact they throw away any grocery returns due to covid. Very unprofessional and rude.

Sullivan Walmart is a bit crowded at times but overall the experience is good. The place is kept clean and the people are friendly the parking is kind of rough. But I still give it 4 out of 5 stars I love my Walmart

I have a actual hate towards Walmart. ALWAYS come out mad upset with major headache.
I don't know if this was my Christmas miracle.
BUT. EVERYYYYYY
BODY WAS NICE. PLEASANT. FEW EVEN CHATTED WITHME. AN ASSOCIATE I ASKED FOR HELPWITH GETTING WATER. SHE WAS SO EAGER TO HELP OR FIND SOMEONE TO HELP. THE MANAGER WAS VERY NICEAND PLEASANT. THE C7STOMERS WERE VERYVERYPLEASANT. IM LIKE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE. IT TRULY WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I AM A TRUCKDRIVER. IVE EXPERIENCED APIT OF WALMARTS. YOURS IS ABSOLUTELY NUMBER ONE IN MY B9OK. DID ILOOK L I KE SECRET SHOPPER I WONDER. QND EVERYINE JUST KEPT SAYING. OH YOUR FINE. MYEGO WAS WAY SWELLED UP. LOVE IT. WILL BE BACK

I like walmart s increase in variety of products/brand per items. It's a good store and convenient to shop at with all I need at one store

I feel like I have to give a good review, but for Walmart app I give 6 Stars, for Sullivan Walmart, I put 3 but I really wanted to put none, vary rude and zombie like police state in the eyes of the management,

I want a store with more real people and less self checkouts. I also think the employees would be happier and nicer if they were paid better and treated better by their company.

I can usually find all the things I need. I know alot of the workers and everyone is very friendly. Store is very clean. Vegetables are fresh.

Charging at Walmart EA chargers is great. Get everything you need in store while vehicle is charging! Well lit and safe!

After long day's drive from Las Vegas stopped to get groceries and stayed overnight in Walmart's spacious parking lot in our RV. Nice to see that truckers there too. Needed a place to rest and hit the road early. Sullivan, MO.store is very well maintained and clerks were very friendly. Always shop at Walmart throughout our travels. Will have to say have visited at least a few Walmarts in almost every state. Thanks Walmart!

Tried to do a order pick up for a present and was told it would take 14 hrs for them to prepare 1 items. When asked if could be done sooner was told to deal with it. Amazon for the win.

Horrible service and in the middle of the day there's pallets of stuff to be put on shelves just in the middle of aisles.

I use the pick up service often, but I'm learning your shelves are empty of some household products because you want us to have them shipped which is wrong. I'll just go to Dollar General.

They never have what you need, and the worker that are pulling pickup orders will cut in front of you, del is closed most of the time

I love the Wal Mart pick up! Makes my life easier so I don’t have to take my kids in! I can also shop straight from my pantry and not forget half my list!

Not enough checkers!
I'm not getting paid by Walmart to check myself out. Now if they offered a discount for self check that might be different. But even then the lines are to long. It shouldn't take an hour to get checked out!

I filled my cart and when I got to the front they had no check it registers open. I had to check myself out. I won't be going back.

Thursday 6: 00pm 08/26/21. Shelf was empty on Alpo dog food. No fresh step kitty litter at all. Very busy. 2 checkers working. Lines backed up. Used self check out with a cart full. Not my job to have to check out my own groceries.
