Walmart Supercenter, St. Louis MO

DO NOT USE THEIR PICK UP SERVICE!
They will send an email saying that it's ready, then you'll spend two hours in their parking lot trying to call them and when they finally answer they will tell you it still needs to be prepped. This store would be more functional as an empty lot. If zero stars was an option, it would still be too high a rating for this disgrace of a store

This super center is as good as most Walmart Supercenters’.

The variety and value proposition is mostly great at Walmart. I love it and most my home items come from here

Thought I had an issue with a battery I had purchased a few days before. The associate assisted me by, first, communicating with me the ability and process of the transaction. Then, had her coworker further assist me, in checking to see if the battery was bad, or not. After finding out it was good, I was given it back in efficient time, and able to go on about my day. Keep up the great team work!

Walmart is simply the worst possible option. Only go on that rare occasion that I can't get what I need somewhere else. I'd gladly pay more not to give any money to this horrible organization!

Dear Walmart Team,

I recently visited this Walmart store and wanted to share a positive review! Even though I sometimes saw that the management was short-handed on staff, I could still find all the items I needed. What really impressed me was how clean and organized it was despite this.

I understand that due to the world's current climate, it can be challenging to keep up with staffing levels. But because of how well-maintained the store is, I'm willing to look past it.

I hope my feedback will encourage you and your team to keep up this great work!

Since there monopoly of general stores, I have to love it. But they could use the rewards program KMart had for there customers.

I was able to get in and out super fast in the pharmacy area without going through long check-out lines.

I am giving this corporation a 1. I purchased frozen fruit during a recall that I certainly didn't know about until a day or two.so why was I able to purchase these items 50$ worth and the thing about it is I had gotten a fever and nausea symptoms of many things then I found out on social media. Whose in charge of pulling and setting the system up not to sell these are any of recalled items should be to priority. Just as I had taken them back to the store for a refund is not enough Florrisant Location STL

I would like to share my experience with the young lady that works in the Cosmetics Department. She was very attentive to my Mom whom was looking for this specific lipstick. She was very patient and knowledgeable about the products. The Customer Service that she provided was very much appreciated.

The selection of merchandise was pretty slim. I acknowledge it was the holiday weekend! I'm glad it was just a leisure visit vs.a full-blown supply run.

I was recently in Walmart I went there to return some items to return process was okay I really had no problems other than when I began to shop that the isles in the shelves were not full it looks like it hasn't been granted this is what a Walmart that's in a black community usually is like they usually don't have everything the shells are not full the freezers are not full now if I was to attend a Walmart in a white neighborhood designated for them then I could have attained a lot more and more has I went to a white catered for because the ones that are in a highly black populated area do not have everything that you need nor can they accommodate you either

I placed a order for fried chicken 100 plus pieces an the chicken was dry an horrible never again nicer again!

I mean, it’s Walmart. The employees hate their jobs, there’s always clutter that needs to be priced and put up, aisles are disorganized and products are often in the wrong place or mis priced. But it’s unfortunately inexpensive. Some items are as cheaply made as they are priced but certainly you can find actual deals if you dig deep into the mess.

It is awful and shameful the way. They allow trash to lay around on that entire parking lot. It is a shame.
