Walmart Supercenter, Kirkwood MO

I had a curb side order to pick up. I let them know I was coming on the app. When I arrived it was busy but there was not a lot of movement by the employees. After waiting for awhile, I could no longer wait because I had somewhere to be. After I had left I received a phone from a Walmart employee asking if I was there. I told her that I had to leave and that I was no longer there. I told her that I could not wait any longer and she said you were only there for 17 minutes and I have your order ready. She was very rude on the phone. I tried calling the store and asked to speak to a manager, and the management office phone just rang and rang and rang. No one answered.their customer service is horrible.

The prices on the products are different from the prices you pay at check out. Bought some cheap product, the shift leader who looks like Peter Griffin hurried me out to check out. Come to find out the price on the box was different to the price I paid. I guess its their tactic to overprice.

Everything you can think of is sold here, but like every where else the prices are going up too much.

I shop at multiple Walmarts and the one on North Lindbergh makes me sick literally. My head hurts every time I leave. I know Walmart can do better they choose not to.

This was wonderful I was having so much fun. I forget what I went in there to get I had to go back in.

Just seen most of the employees standing around on their phones. They even locked the door on the home good side 30mins early and we all had to walk down to the other side instead of making an announcement. To nice of an area for all the nonsense.

They had all the things I needed, but the not put my selves was quite annoying when I had to pass them up and it getting caught in my cart.

This place, like many walmart locations, has really gone downhill. The remodel is awful - gray concrete floor, dim lighting, dull. They got rid of the white tile floor and reduced the lighting so it is not bright and inviting. Whose idiot idea was that! Quite depressing shopping. And service is nonexistent. Checkout now is almost exclusively yourself.
The products are not always cheaper than other places either anymore. It's a hit or miss. As for clothing, that's a hit or miss also. There's still a few good brands for kids clothes, not much for adults - mostly poorer quality. Shoes are mostly bad too. I did find a pair of kids boots this winter that were fine.
Not a nice place to shop. Shop Walmart online and pick up. Pickup is great! Shipping is pretty speedy too.

Consistently out of things I go there for. Most the time you have to check yourself out, no cashiers available. Most employee interaction is pleasant, but a couple times a bit rude.

11/15/22 Deanna wasn’t helpful and was too focused on herself to offer help or even acknowledge that we were standing there saying excuse me trying to get her to assist us.this Walmart has gone down since COVID.the workers seem lazy and unwilling to help.

07/28/23 third week that my delivery didn’t show…I had to call customer service because no one answers the phone ever…when my order finally arrived three days after the original in home delivery, I was told that a lot of Walmart drivers were in trouble for not having insurance…Walmart won’t tell you that…they’ll pretend it’s a technical error with the order. The real story is Walmart drivers don’t have insurance and because so many of them don’t have it…they can’t find drivers…the in home delivery driver didn’t have a valid license. Absolutely ridiculous.

Who doesn't like Wal-Mart? Even a somewhat Bougie person finds interesting items in there@

This store was well stocked and the staff at this Walmart were, family friendly! I didn't get one bad vibe from this store.

Several failures to communicate! Took 1&1/2 hours for a not-so-simple curbside pickup. Ended up trekking across parking lot thru entrance then back the length of the store & waiting at the storage room where a manager couldn't get system to process my order.

Lazy workers, only one cashier that was working and two lazy managers watched her as there was 10 people in her line. I asked the managers if they were going to open another lane and she said" no" while they stood there and talked for 10 to 15 mins.

The picker at Kirkwood will not wait until someone comes with a key to unlock the glass door to get Black by Kenneth Cole 2 days in a row. This is one reason I order a pickup. I believe that this is a supervisory problem and could be worked out internally.

Horrible customer.service standing at an electro is cabinet while workers are avoiding you because it's 10: 20 p.m. Uncalled and it's honestly why j quit even going jntk this plavc3

Need to stock more Steak and Shake chili inthe cans. Have tons of the other stuff that's gross, that I don't eat. Then they come out with Wendy's chili for $4.42 a can. Really who's going to buy it for that price? I don't even want to buy Steak and Shake as high as it is.

They didn't have one thing I went for but I still love them. Nott really love them.just less money and convenient. Back in my teenage years you didn't get caught going on that store

If want a deal for your dollar you have to go and shop at Walmart
Super Center in Kirkwood MO. This supercenter have everything that you can imagine for discount price. Become a member at some of the stores get even more saving.
