Walmart Supercenter reviews
14If you are looking to save 20 dollars on a oil change vs a regular shop and wait 4-6 hrs this is the perfect place for you. For all others who make more then 5 dollars an hour run the other way!
It was a good trip, but if you are going to have clearance items, please label individually. Too may items are just tossed everywhere and you never know what the price is and I hate to waste the time of the cashiers to check price and then I have to make quick decisions while holding up the line.
Perfect for people watching. The later, the better. Be sure to wear pajamas so you're not confused for the manager.
Rude staff.only a couple of self checkout lanes open and a long line.staff more worried about going home (shutting down Lanes) than the line waiting to check out
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The managers and some team leads are extremely inconsiderate and disrespectful. The cart pushers use broken machines that sometimes turn off in the middle of the road, wont turn on at all, or will randomly stop pushing when using the remote control. I worked at this location for almost two months with no major issues; One day, a family member's car broke down and the I had to call a tow truck. Even though there were plenty of carts near the entrance, they still had a problem with it because I'm "not doing my task". Later that day, RANDY came to me in an aggressive manner, questioning me as to why I was sitting down. He was told by the Store manager (his superior) that I was sitting down, which was never a problem before. I told him that there were no carts outside. He claimed that I was lying and fired me on the spot. It doesn't surprise me that they're always short staffed. I urge you to not work here, they will treat you like a dog.
This location is where Walmart Memes are born and where tormented souls go when they’re self loathing
If I’m needing anything specific, I look on the app and it says where (what aisle) I can find the item (s). Makes it super convenient to locate items and also says if it is in stock or not. They’re open till 11pm on most days which makes it convenient if you need anything later at night. And their prices are great.
Horrible customer service both over the phone and person. Managers ‘Jinni’ and apparent store manager ‘Hailey’ are very dismissive to customers who have a complaint. Instead of immediately resolving a very simple issue (caused by them) you are given the run around, while they roll their eyes at you and make snide comments.
In the end they refused to make their error right and completely wasted my time.
Easy in and out, despite all the traffic in the area. The store is tucked away nicely. The store is well managed, and it always looks good in there.
Busy and not a lot of frozen food or no tissues left! They keep moving around stuff so most of your time trying to find what you have on your list! It is very frustrating when you think it's only going to be a little bit of time, it turns out to be a lot longer because when you go to get something that was in one place it has been moved to across the store in another place! I hate going to Walmart pretty much the same!
The rude lady in the money center answered the phone with a complete attitude. I asked about cashing my check there and was told there limit was only $1500. When I told her the website states $5000…she hung up on me.
This Walmart location was the best I've ever seen. Very clean, fast lines at checkout, not cluttered. The produce section was amazing.
This Walmart is little congested compared to Chesterfield. Also small things like white bread difficult to find.
They have my favorite cat litter and really priced well and other necessities. It's all good.
