Ok, it's Walmart. I don't expect a lot. I notice frequently that their in-house shoppers have little regard for in store customers. I go there because it's just blocks from my home.

The grocery pickup is not recommended. Veggies on their last legs, we had to throw some away as soon as we got them home. Charged for three items, only one provided. Asked the 'Team member' to take our old bags for recycling (we told them were several bags filled ready to go). They said "Sure, " and joked about it. And promptly left them all in the trunk.

Every pickup we have tried has had similar problems. Missing items, poorly selected veggies.

Stay away.

[Edit: upped to 2-stars as they have been refunding for bad/omitted goods. However, I still recommend staying away unless you enjoy the unnecessary hassle and time wasting in dealing with the issues]

Both as a customer, and an employee of Walmart, I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, that this is by far, the worst location for both Customers and Employees I have ever had the displeasure of witnessing, and it is an embarrassment for the location that claims is "The best in Springfield. "

I came from a much higher traffic Walmart a state over, that operated beautifully, efficiently, and with genuine respect from management, to it's employees. This location on the other hand, is a festering wound from the top, all the way down. The store managers come in each morning to belittle, and yell at the other members of management, who do very little in the way of training new workers, who are forced to bumble, confused, throughout their tasks, until they manage to figure out how to do their jobs; and when these employees get into a rhythm of their own, and seek to work efficiently, they are discouraged from doing so by management. And now they wonder, why they continually lose employees as they scramble for the revolving door of college students seeking employment. It's because there is no respect in this location, from the top, all the way down, each manager, each employee, is encouraged to be the worst versions of themselves. Nevermind that multiple members of management have been under investigation for a 'particular' type of harassment, that causes the women employed here to be left feeling, uncomfortable. As an employee, very few, if any people, will have your back here.

As for the customers, the moment you enter this store, they are going to treat you, as a probable thief. There is no avoiding it. This location is trained to treat you like a hostile force at all times, so they don't take menial losses for items that- Walmart as a mega-multi-billion-dollar corporation, valued at approximately 440.80 billion USDs at the time of writing this, intentionally budgets and intends to lose.

To any who are considering working here, don't. This location pays 2$ less than the corporate average (Corporate Average is: 16.50USD per hour for entry level employees working during the day, and 17.50USD for employees who work overnight), and treats you even worse.

For those that wish to shop here- if you can help it- don't.

This store SUCKS. Every single time I go there half of what I'm looking for they don't have. You'd think I'd have learned by now to stay out. But no no got to try. This time they had nothing on my list. Walmart sucks. I'm done. Not ever again will I go to this or any other walmart. They're awful

The two “mangers” really need to learn not to judge people based on appearance.

I will be calling corporate.

Update- I did call corporate and they were supposed to call me back within 5 days about this matter. I never received a call back. Do not shop at this Walmart. They are rude and very judgmental. Assuming I was to “poor” to be shopping and how I should have made sure my card had money on it before coming. First they dude who checked me out assumed that I was paying with a food stamp card. I told him repeatedly that I had Walmart pay and will be using that. Instead of listening to me, he demanded that I give him my card and that Walmart pay could not be done so with that being said it declined my card at the register and I had to be escorted to the customer service desk and I was told to “figure out my food stamp card by the male manger and the female manger. I told them that I did not have anything like that and will be using Walmart pay. It was a back and forth argument that I had to tell them to restart the transaction showed them I was telling the truth. I was publicly humiliated and will never shop at this Walmart again. I feel sorry for them. That is no way to act. Even when you are a manager.

I placed a grocery order for delivery and received a text stating FELICIA had begun my shopping. Two minutes later I started getting alerts. She marked EVERY ITEM in my order unavailable so she didn't have to do it and screwed me out of dinner because the funds didn't immediately release to my card. THANKS A LOT FELICIA

Absolutely horrible experience. This place treats EVERYBODY as a shoplifting suspect. Next time, and ONLY if I must go there, I am walking straight through the exit with my legitimate purchases. Only comment will be "If I'm a suspect call the police. " Any further harassment after that would actually be welcomed in the long run. Harassment can have civil and even criminal consequences. This last harassment at the exit was the final straw

Does no good to speak to the HR team. Being treated like I'm stealing from Walmart is becoming absurd. Every time leaving Walmart, having a employee ask to see my receipt is unexceptional. There are certain items that can not fit into the grocery sacs. Having the HR team blaming the cart pushers for all of the loose carts. It's not the cart pushers job to clean up after other people. The HR team says there is nothing they can do about it. Yes, you can. You can request Walmart starts putting locks on the carts, not allowing customers to take carts outside, giving people fines for not returning their carts, Walmart could take away shopping carts. There is something the HR team can do, they can start caring.

Most of the workers are really really nice. They do not have a big selection on size on bras unless you are a double D and up on playtex bars I look every week and it's the same double D and up
