Walmart Supercenter, Springfield MO

Check out had a line of 5-6 people waiting. The store installed many self check out lanes and left the people who wish to pay by check or maybe old and don't use computer stuff to wait in line for the one checker. Hello hy v here I come.

They used to stock at night. A cashier used to be available to take your money. Now I've got to navigate stock carts blocking aisles at 2pm on a weekday and do the job of a cashier and bagger myself. Not cool Wal Mart. Not cool.

Automotive center was very rude. Would not return my 2 week old car battery with receipt. Would not reccomend automotive center to anybody. And I reported them to the BBB

These workers follow you and bother you when you are with your family it is rude and disrespectful! Some people like to shop in peace without being bothered or looked at as a criminal when they pick up bread.

The neurotic employees and schizo-security make for an interesting visit. Shoutout to the automotive department for being the only good people there. It’s funny how the people doing the hardest work there have the best attitudes. I don’t know what that old lady in gardening’s excuse is.

Most of the shelfs were empty, could not get some of things I needed. People were working, not fast enough.

Walmart in Springfield Missouri is just like all of the Walmart's in every Springfield of every state.

Do not try the pick up option, you will find many, many mistakes or misdingitems or far too many substitutuions but shopping inside the store is fine. Store is well lighted and clean

Did not have what i needed.the hole world dont use iphones.need more note 9 stuff.then i will be happy.

Stopped in Auto Care Center, got new Wiper Blades replaced.other items checked and serviced. Was not feeling well at all. They went to front of the store for an electric cart for me. Unfortunately didn't have much power and died a few isles away. I called the store on my phone to get assistance with another cart, I was stuck. They contacted the Auto Center.and the manager brought me a cart that worked! A rough day like today, I certainly APPRECIATED it! Thank you ALL!

There 3 check out lanes were packed so tried to check out at self check out. That was a major fail as the computer hung up on almost every item. After having the lady help about 6 times I gave up and turned the basket over to an employee and left. I will go to HyVee and pay more for less hassle. Can't see myself ever going back to this Walmart.

Friendly & secure atmosphere very helpful staff. I would've given it the 5stars they're not truck friendly!

Shelves were empty in frozen, some one needs to learn how order frozen vegetables, this is the Wal Mart on west sunshine

They took away cashiers and put in self checkers. Bad move, especially for handicapped people like myself. I will take my 3x-a-week business elsewhere.

Very nice took back some items without receipts the lady looked the items up by the card I used how awesome is that.appreciate her she really was kind and efficient.

The key machine up front took our money, gave us no receipt, and didn’t cut our keys. It required asking a few levels of managers, but eventually an assistant manager named Michelle helped us out and refunded our money, even though they dont usually deal with the key vendor directly. We appreciated Michelle’s help a lot!

I'm from Southeast Missouri. I was just in Walmart in Springfield with family. Those older lady employees were very rude & sarcastic. Other shoppers were complaining too. I won't shop there again.

As per the usual Wal-Mart experience, too many customers and too few checkers. Took longer to get through a line than it did to do the shopping I went there for.

Also, there was a lot of stuff that was out and a lot of stuff that was tagged for one location (showing they were out of something) and it was actually somewhere else entirely.

Its a walmart you know what you should expect when you come here very orginized very clean and cheap good quality items but sadly i never feel excited when i go to a walmart so for me its a three star

Assistant manager was so rude. The WORST experience I have ever had talking to a manager. She was short tempered and unpolite from the minute shenstarted talking to me. I decided to leave and go to a different walmart because she was so inefficient.
