Walmart Supercenter, Springfield MO

It's hit and miss. Some days everyone is nice helpful other days everyone has a horrible attitude. Very clean facilities and the isles are actually accessible.

I mean its walmart. Who likes shopling where there are drowns of rude people and 1 register open?

We've been having bad weather but all the stores cleared their parking lots except for this Walmart. They finally got restocked with milk and dog food.

Busy, not enough checkers, greeters demand to see your receipt after watching you check out and pay for everything.why?

Wilton cake aisle, needs someone who decorates to do the ordering, went to joanns and bed&bath, to get what i would think, Walmart should have

I shop Walmart multiple times a month along with getting my prescriptions filled there. I believe they have good prices the store is always clean in the staff is very friendly.

Typical walmart. But the north side ones are not as safe. I would recommend going south if you have a choice.

Long checkout lines as usual. They are forcing customers to either wait a long time or use self checkout. I'm shopping at Walmart less and less every week.

For people who are interested in Halal certified meat, this branch offer it. I am not sure why Halal certified chicken is not available like Joplin’s Walmart. However, Springfield branches are always organized. My shopping experience for the last 5 years was the best. I love their savings catcher.

Someone actually came an ask to help an she was new usually can't find anyone an then it's not there department an they have to call someone 30 minutes later u might get some help, clean store fair price.

I bought an air conditioner, and it worked for three days, and these weasels refused to take it back because I didn't keep the box and all the pamphlets. I guess Walmart isn't doing well if they need to rob me.

The Handicap carts are always broke or not charged always have isle are blocked with freight during the mid-day but there is no homeless problem at this store

We were looking for student desks and they didnt have any to select from. For being a duper walmart, their furniture in general was lacking.

I use the Super Center on the east side of town. They've always got a good selection and the help is very pleasant. The Supercenters on the west side of town have a better Hispanic choice of products

Just used the pickup service. Ordered my groceries yesterday and they were ready today by noon. You get to pick the time and date to pick up. Girls were friendly. They came to the car, loaded my groceries and gave me some info about unavailable/subsitute items. All of what I ordered was there and it was so nice not having to take kids in. Thanks for great service.

Great place to go and get whatever you might need. They have everything from food to hardware, clothing, electronics, toys and even pet supplies and medicine. Open 24hrs and prices are competitive.

This Walmart has horrible check out options. Every time we have come, and that's on a normal basis, the only have 2 damn cashiers, and all the self checkouts are always lined up. Not only that, we shop for a family of 7 so our cart is always loaded, sometimes we have 2. So self checkout is impossible. Tonight we waited 30 damn minutes to check out. This is terrible customer service

I've been going to this Walmart for over 20 years they always have a great selection and great prices! One of the best Walmart's a person could ever go to!

I hate walmart. From when I walk in the door to when I leave I feel like my life is being siphoned out of me. I try to prevent myself from needing to go here as much as possible. They just have most things so much cheaper than other places. Rrrrrrr.
