Stopped in for a last minute gift for my mom and found a good selection of both fresh cut and plants ready to go. I order from WKF about once a month, too, and the arrangements are always beautiful and fresh and last a long time. Friendly, helpful staff, too.

The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful, professional and caring. Selection of cut flowers on Saturday's are plentiful. I always my experiences at the Ladue WKF.

Linda was fabulous, knowledgeable and patient with me while I ordered flowers for my wedding. She "gets it" and in a matter of an hour or so, I have the job done! Couldn't be happier with the ladue market location!

Paid $60+ for flowers, online picture looked great, looked like a large nice arrangement. After delivery, the arrangement was about 30% the size it looked in the picture and the flowers were definitely not fresh. Customer service wanted to pick them back up after delivery, which is strange to ask the person you had flowers delivered to and celebrating something to please return the flowers I just delivered you. Their next option was a $5 gift card. I’m done ordering from Walter knoll.

Let me start by saying that I do NOT place reviews. I felt the need to this time. I just stopped in, and was helped by Troy. He went above and beyond to help me. I liked an arrangement that was on the shelf, but I need red roses instead of white. He stopped what he was doing and switched them. Great customer service!

20th anniversary of our first date. Favorite flower … tulip. Paid $97 for 20 tulips to be delivered by noon. I get a call at 10… " we only have 9 tulips". They wanted to make up the 11 with irises. I demanded roses. Very, very disapointed. 20 tulips meant a lot. Will not use again. After 3 days the tulips are nearly dead, hanging over the ugly replacement container they stuffed them in. The pink roses are ugly and some have brown on the tips already. Totally disappointing. HAHAHA.phone number below is not a working number. But getting a full refund.
