8I needed my engagement ring resized, I made a phone call and was told I could bring it in right away for it to be looked at! Was welcomed by every staff member upon arrival, and had the ring fitted to what I wanted and was comfortable with. It was done the next afternoon, and priced very well! I cannot recommend Walters Jewelry enough, I will be back!
I got a ring resized by them about 10 years ago, and the ring was still kind of loose, but I decided to just wear it anyways since fingers naturally swell and shrink depending on temperature. All the years later, I decided to get it sized down further so it was more comfortable. They were able to give me a discounted rate on my resize since I had already paid for a resize once before. They have always been very professional and knowledgeable. I like to go to them for little things like watch batteries too.
My family and I have worked with Walter’s for many generations. From custom pieces to repair, engagement rings, and watches, they have it all.
I took my wedding band in for repair after it had snapped and they did an amazing job! Price was fair as well.
