It was very easy to try on/pick out frames, and get them ordered. Also very easy to pick out contacts. Both can be delivered right to you which is nice as well. I had to go back to get my glasses adjusted but that was a seamless experience. The doc was a little cold. He didn’t introduce himself at all, just called my name and launched right into my testing. He didn’t even offer to dilate me. I get that they are busy and more fast paced so just don’t go here for the personal experience, go here for the good deals on the cute glasses. My prescription feels a little off, and my contacts are a little blurry, but once you open the box you can’t return the contacts. I know they have a good 30 day policy about going back in and trying to adjust or change glasses if you need to but I just didn’t feel like the doctor would change anything for the better the second time so I didn’t go back. Still would recommend giving Warby a go!

Warby Parker is the way to go! Ordering glasses and/or contacts is so simple. I switched to daily contact lenses and absolutely love them. They feel much more comfortable than the 2-week contacts. Every time I have an eye exam with Dr. Callewaert, I receive top notch customer service, all of my questions are answered with extra useful/educational information and they have a great selection of very affordable frames. The other employees are always kind and helpful as well. I highly recommend Warby Parker on the Plaza and Dr. Callewaert!

Don’t waste your money. Had my Warby Parker lenses checked because I was having trouble reading with them. The number was way off, both distance and reading were off the numbers their doctor prescribed!

Both my wife and I recieved eye exams and deemed necessary to have progressive lenses for our glasses, last year (summer). My wife lost her glasses recently and went to a local eye doctor we've been referred to a few times since our Warby Parker appointments. We were amazed to learn that my wife's glasses are actually not progressives. I took my glasses up there the next day and found out mine were not progressives either. We were basically scammed. Told we were getting progressives, and they are not. Makes sense now that I have to take off my glasses to type this on my phone.

Definitely will not recommend this place at all.

Six associates were in the small store however I still had to ask for help. Once I got help, I was pleased with the service, the glasses and the price. I have not received them yet.
Edit: They arrived and work as expected. Satisfied Customer.

I really really wanted to love the warby Parker experience, particularly since good friends of ours recommended them and spoke volumes of the quality and service.

Honestly, the quality of the glasses and the employees are *excellent* but the processes put in place and their online support is so bad that it’s hard to look the other way.

My wife and I ordered a pair of prescription glasses from them, and she also ordered a set of contacts. We both got eye exams (she had hers earlier and ordered all of her products earlier than me) and ordered them in store. They told us it would take 7-10 business days and it took over 14, and my wife’s glasses still have not arrived yet (remember, I ordered mine after her)

As far as the support goes: I’ve reached out via live chat on 3 occasions, and there was a response time of about 5 minutes for each of them. It took absolutely forever to get ahold of anyone.

Finally (and this is the experience that inspired this review), today I received my glasses and went to our nearby store for an adjustment. I had to wait outside for 10 minutes (picture below was my view) until I was checked in, and then another 10 minutes before I could get into the store. To add context, it was about 29 degrees outside. When I looked in the store, there were 7 customers total and 4 employees.everyone was masked, so could we not just wait inside and still be able to social distance? This is an example of COVID regulations going a bit past common sense. You had myself and then another couple wait outside in the freezing cold for basic requests all to preserve way more than 6 feet of distancing even though everyone in the store was masked.

To that end, everyone who I dealt with at warby Parker were AMAZING and great to work with. I love these glasses. I just had to go through a ton of hoops to get them, and it was way way less than ideal.

Great experience! I was not looking forward to searching through all the frame choices by myself, but Marcus was very patient and knowledgeable and found me several great frames that fit well. He thoroughly explained my insurance and the details of the final bill. The other staff members (Gabriel, Clayton) were also very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for turning my chore into a fun shopping trip!

The service is fine, the frames are fine but my review is product related - the lens quality is horrible. It’s not an accurate prescription and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to keep the lenses clean! I’ve use multiple clothes and liquid but I’m constantly trying to clean and clear the lenses but nothing works. Now I have to pay out of pocket for a new set of glasses.

It’s been a horrible experience. If you have a problem you can’t call the store. The customer service reps, 3 of them also claimed they sent messages to the store but not one called me back so who knows. My doc took the contacts he got from the rep home. He just had so many. So I wasn’t able to leave with contacts but he’d call me the next day and I could make another trip to pick them up. It’s been 5 days and not a word from him, the store, Customer service. I spend $700 + on glasses and the eye exam which included contact lens and not one person has reached out to me. The doc knew I had no glasses and I wasn’t seeing well at all cause he claimed we had the same vision. Sooo I thought I’ll just take my contact lens script and go somewhere else. Nope, he didn’t put one under my account. Worse service I think I’ve ever experienced. Kansas City Mo plaza location.they love u collecting money but then good luck.

10/10 would recommend this Warby Parker location on the Plaza. It was my first eye exam in probably 10 years (I know, I know), but Dr. Matthew Callewaert was great. Friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, all while abiding by CDC guidelines for COVID-19. The floor staff was very professional, made great suggestions for choosing my first pair of frames, and kept the store and glasses clean and sanitized between each use.

Love my new Warby Parker glasses. I ordered some to my house but then decided to go in and try on as I was interested in others. Such a fun process, they came in a couple of weeks, were very affordable, fit perfectly, and seem very high quality.

The glasses (to try on and to keep) came to my house pretty quickly. I didn’t have to adjust them to my face and the prescription is exact. Customer service was also very nice and helpful.

Trying to get someone to answer the phone and I keep getting cut off. My daughter had a wonderful experience there and I love her glasses. With COVID-19, I have learned that they will not be measuring someone with a prescription for new glasses. I work in retail. This is not acceptable business practice in my opinion.

I had an excellent experience. Progressive lenses and frames so much cheaper, and just as well made as any I've had. Very helpful people.

Staff was very helpful, made exchanging a pair of glasses I ended up not liking easy and painless for me.

I am always leery when a place advertises "Full refund, no questions asked. " So I was quite surprised when I went to return a pair of glasses here that it really was true. No hassle, no frowns, no curt behavior. A smile and a thank you, and I was out in three minutes. I think they have some great glasses. I just could not get used to the progressive lens, and they don't offer bifocals. I highly recommend them.

This was the best eye care experience! I was seen that day, and they were able to cut me a deal so my perception (which is pretty complicated) would be half the price than if I had insurance and went to a private eye doctor. They honestly have the best selection of frames. And my glasses were ready in less than a week.

1st timer. Had visited their well-done website so I had a little knowledge going in. Beautiful Saturday morning, the store had around 15+ shoppers and the store was very well staffed. Was attended to quickly, with a knowledgeable sales person and was never rushed. 6 different frames were tried, including the frames my sales person had on! (Looked better on her!) Picked the frame, gave my prescription, eyes lined up, paid and was out of there for a little over $100! All in all an excellent experience. Highly recommended.
