I’m from Iowa and was visiting family in Warrensburg. I’d pulled into Warrensburg Ford to see if they had a Ranger. I would definitely buy from them again when I’m ready to replace my Ranger! Every person I had contact with from JJ (salesman) to Jon the finance person were very professional, courteous, and friendly. I knew they wanted the sale. But I also had the feeling they really wanted me to be comfortable with the Ranger and what they were offering me. I did not buy right then I bought my son in law back with me. Turns out JJ was the salesman he bought 3 vehicles from. The end result was they threw in the extras we asked for and I drove it off the lot that day. I had an F150 to trade in they gave me several $1,000 more for my trade in than IA dealers.
If you are looking to purchasing a vehicle Warrensburg Ford is the place to go.

Excellent service. Friendly and honest. They picked up my car from my home while I was at work and brought it back. I also enjoy looking at the printout they give you that shows the different parts of your car with a status indicating what is good or will need serviced soon.

The service department used to listen to their customers but the last few times we've dealt with them it's like nothing we say is heard, they nod their heads to placate us then when we pick up our vehicles the things that were discussed haven't been done.
I'm sorry to say, the service department has gone down hill dramatically.

I was told not to come back to that place of business. So I haven't nor my company truck or my kids no longer go there.

The service department and Mr. Tony were so kind and patience with me. Mr. Ron was amazing to help me navigate the process of picking the best van for my needs. As well as Mr John took time to help me through the financial process. Very impressed with your team. They are top notch in my option.

Friendly, fast service. Went in for recall and thought I had already had the recall taken care of but was still showing up for my vehicle. He managed to find that they already completed the work previously but still went ahead and inspected my car to verify everything looked good.

Took my vehicle in for one thing and service found another issue. They were able to make the correction during this visit. Thank you!
