Warrior Sewer and Drain, Cottleville MO

Chris and Drew came out to fix my kitchen sink. They were on time and friendly. They clearly explained the cost and potential challenges of my specific situation and waited patiently while I decided what I wanted to do. I always receive excellent service from Warrior Sewer and Drain!

Had Warrior Sewer clean out a bathroom floor drain. Seemed to work well when they left but soon started to drain slow again.
I called to let them know and they returned to clean out the line again.
Very happy with their response.

Kind people, but we have paid 10,000+ and had a pipe fixed in two spots and we still have sewer water coming from our drain.
Thank you for the reply, and thank you for coming out all the different times we have had issues, after you repaired the pipe, as it is in our warranty. This is the first I am learning that there were wipes in the pipes, as we have never been told this before. We don’t buy or use flushable wipes, and we were very honest about the toy being put down the drain, that my husband used our shock vacuum to get out.
The bottom line is we are still having issues, so we are at a loss. You told me the only reason we should still be having issues is if there is abuse to the pipes, and we have told you multiple times that we don’t flush wipes or feminine products down our toilets. We were told the problem would be fixed and it is not.
You also cracked the tile floor in our basement when doing the repair and when I asked about it being fixed I was completely ignored.

Wonderful experience with what could have been a nightmare! Shawn and Chris did a great job; solid communication from the text message letting my wife know they were on the way, to the discussion about what caused the sewer backup, to future-proofing/preparing to prevent this from happening again. 5 out of 5, would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a good company at a very reasonable price!

Edit: After contacting for general information about the issues I faced, I began to be ignored by the company. I asked about possible damage as 10 days after they had come back to fix the issue with my washer drain, I'm getting sewage backup in my home again. I cannot flush a toilet without issues. Upon calling back up about this, I was told they would have the owner come out and take a look. That was 5 days ago and I have heard nothing back. There seems to be a cutting of ties with me a customer which is a huge bummer. I'm forced to reduce my rating of the business for this reason.

I will begin by saying that this company will do right by the customer. I also do not believe in giving horrible reviews unless the business is egregiously in effort to disenfranchise the customer. Warrior Sewer and Drain are not in bad faith and I do believe that do good business. The notes here are merely a note to others who utilize their services which I am certain will improve after the experience we had employing one another's time.

I am a newly first time father of a sub-week aged son. We had my family over, a freshly awoken child, and upon inviting in the junior representative (whom had support from his boss) into my home, I was told that inspecting the situation was not needed despite my insistence that it would not cause any extra stress and the timing was planned.

I was informed that access to the roof and the gas escape pipe was all that was needed and that he would be making this effort, a pipe I didn't know existed due to solved ignorance. Previously employing another veteran plumber years prior, Tony of Premier Water and Sewer Services, I had important information about the layout of my plumbing that was never able to be conveyed. Information that would have made the following occurrence entirely avoidable as admitted by the owner. Again, they have done right by me.

Shortly after commencing, a strong odor filled my home and upon going downstairs found that sewage had be blown into and around my basement bathroom and unfinished portion and the smell was much stronger. I was quickly between my family and attempting to reconcile the mess and smell. I needed to run my attic fan which cooled my house to outside temperature in an attempt to rid the house of smell.

The boss was called in and they began to clean, a service which I'm sure they do not provide but it was semi adequate. There was remaining sewage that I deep cleaned, over the 5 proceeding hours, in crevices, nooks, and surprisingly still the under side of the toilet.

Upon leaving and prior to cleaning, as my family left, I was asked for full payment and I asked for some sort of working with me to be had. I was able to secure 100$ off of the 485$ cost.

Later, upon attempting a load of laundry I was met with a backing up washer drain into the main line. I assume this was caused by the pressured water sprayed into the pipe on my roof. I reached back out via this, admittedly a little stressed, and was able to, amongst this call and via the one I made in the morning, secure another visit in the AM to fix this blockage and to be refunded the amount of the business.

I was able to answer further questions about e.coli, hepatitis, and covid exposure via sewage. These answers did not come from Warrior Sewer and Drain but from Tony who was able to explain that a deep clean done by the owner should be more than enough to provide comfort in the case that the owners, or anyone who has added to the waste that backed up, are not suffering personally from these affects.

In the end I will again state, that this is more about provided the customer with knowledge. If you are a customer it is important to make sure due diligence is done in ascertaining all the required information to provide proper service and defend yourself from avoidable mistakes. Warrior Sewer and Drain did right by the customer in this case and thus is my support for the review score.

When our sewer lateral started backing up into our basement we could have been in a real mess. We called Warrior Sewer and Drain, a veteran owned business, based on a friend's recommendation and from the moment we called their team was courteous, professional, and fast.

They scheduled an appointment for that same afternoon and the owner himself arrived promptly with a helper, assessed the situation, and got right to work. No unnecessary drilling or digging. They located the outdoor clean out, determined there were roots clogging the pipe and cleared the clog with their high pressure water jet using their onboard water not mine.

Their communication was top-notch. They explained the situation clearly, kept us updated as they worked, and answered all our questions.

We called Warrior Sewer and Drain to inspect and possibly clean two of the downspout drains on our house. The owner, Shawn, and his assistant were at our house promptly in the morning and were very personable. They found my downspout drain issues weren’t nearly as bad as I thought they were going to be which was a relief. Responsive, knowledgable and honest…not something you find everywhere these days. I will be using them again next time.

Chris was very knowledgeable. He provided great information and skill in resolving our problem. His work is much appreciated.

After calling several businesses and was told they could not come out today, Warrior Sewer and Drain came out same day, arrived promptly and got the job done.

The person that came over was super nice. Service was super fast and as far as I can tell, performed effectively. I am still waiting for them to come back out to take more videos. The only thing that I didn't love was the price. I paid them 1k for a sewer line and kitchen line cleaning. As I found out later, 3 other services that came over to give me a quote quoted me between $600 and $700. Nonetheless, I am overeall rather pleased with the service.

I called in the morning and had guys at my home by lunch! These guys were both friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem quickly. I will be using this company for all plumbing needs in the future

I asked on social media for any friends with recommendations for someone to clean our drain lines in house. One of the recommendations was Shawn, the name of the owner. Shortly after, a rep from Shawn's company acknowledged the post and sent a web link to their site. I liked that it was veteran-owned, stood by their work, and had great ratings. I called to arrange for someone to come quote the job. From the time of my post till their arrival, it was only about 90 minutes! Price was satisfactory, work was done, and my copy of the paid invoice in my inbox in short order. Couldn't have been more straight-forward! They even arrived earlier than the estimated time they texted me.

Nick saved us! We bought our home “as is” and you know what that means. We’ve been battling a shower drain backing up and most of the time we could snake it and it was fine. When I replaced all the hoses underneath my sink. Again, purchased as is. Ever seen the movie “Money Pit? ” (Little exaggerated) Well, thanks to Nick, he has saved us from further problems.
