Dr. Ives is professional and to the point. Cindy is excellent, great at explaining and addressing concerns or questions.
This place is the real deal. Dr. Ives was very professional. More importantly he was super friendly and helpful. BUT the one that outshined Dr. Ives was Cindy the hygienist. I have had dental hygienists before that have been careless and a dare I say violent with their cleaning techniques, as if they didn't even care if they caused you pain during the cleaning. I think we have all been there, but you will not get this awful treatment with Cindy. She was so careful in her cleaning. She was extremely professional as well taking the time to explain each part of the cleaning and the other procedures done, like x-rays. I already scheduled my return cleaning and I am excited to FINALLY have found a great dental office that I don't have to dread going to. Please give them your business, you will be glad you did.
