I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a replacement battery and an added link put in. The gentleman who helped me was so kind and I highly recommend you pay them a visit if you need work done on your watch!

Always a positive experience! I have 4 Invicta watches. I'm a bigger guy (6'4", 290lbs) and like the bigger watches that don't look tiny on my wrist. I can't even get anyone around me to even change the battery on the Invicta watches. On top of that, they send me texts to remind me that I have free battery replacement and cleaning for 5 years. I honestly would never remember that myself. I would highly recommend!

Super fast professional service! Great to know items can be dropped off at any location and sent to the Creve Coeur location for repair. Repair was reasonably priced. Communication by text was excellent. I received the repair estimate in 3 days (including the holiday). The next day my necklace was ready for pickup. Thanks!
