Waterway Carwash, Town and Country MO

I got the Wheel Deal today on my mom's car as a thank-you to her for letting me borrow it while visiting from out of state. I really am not impressed. It's a manual transmission so the manager had to drive it thru the wash, but once I left and got back to my house, I really saw how much dirt was missed. The entire roof of the car was never wiped off (dirty) and the borders of window glass all were dirty. The insides of the windshield and back glass had entire patches of dirt and smears left behind. $33 + $6 tip for a dirty car! I would like someone to contact me about this. I don't have time to return for a re-do as I am leaving again, but would like this car cleaned properly for my mother. When I lived in STL I was a very loyal customer of Waterway, so this is disappointing. Thank you.

The Lamp and Lantern location is unreliable and extremely slow. Car is never as clean as when we go to Kirkwood or Creve Coeur. Disappointing service here

Place I prefer to clean my car in and out. Expensive but worth once in a while for clean car

First time coming in the other day and it was absolutely marvelous. My car was dirty and they got it looking super clean. Also want to give a shout out to Colin (I think that was his name he had very gorgeous curly hair). He came up and talked to me outside when I was struggling to figure out how to use the gas pump and we just had a lovely conversation about Waterway and himself. He also asked me if there was anything he could do to make my experience more pleasant. He truly is the prime example of customer service! He is a great young man and I hope that everyone that goes to waterway gets to meet him!

Been coming to this waterway location for 9 years, I had just bought my subaru legacy and went to waterway to have it taken care of, unfortunately while going the through the car wash, it ripped off the back of my driver's side mirror and part of the assembly, filed a incident and got a call back today that they wouldn't be paying for it since they have a sign somewhere (I'm sure in small print hidden) that says if you're car is 10 years or older they're not responsible for any damage. I won't be returning to any waterways. Very disappointing. Won't be cheap to replace.

Abysmal customer service. As a very long time member, I have to say the customer service has really changed over the years! Waited in line forever to get a car wash because the person in front of me was signing up for a membership. I’m not sure that the car wash line is the place to sign up for a membership. Staff should politely ask the individual to pull through the car wash, then sign up for a membership so as not to hold up the line. And after wasting my time, and not being able to go through the car wash and speaking to a manager…the least they could’ve done is offered me a free wash or wheel deal (or something) the next time I am able to come in.
Even though I live right by this location, I will not be returning to this location. Hopefully, the other locations have better customer service!

Pulled up to the gas pump and a younger guy asked if I wanted a car wash and I said thank you but not today and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Rude

I was there Saturday 12/31 around 1 pm to get my car washed. The car wash went smoothly, I got my daughter loaded into the back seat and bucked, turned my car on and it started accelerating extremely quickly towards the line of cars waiting for the carwash. I was panicked and had to use both feet on the brake to get my car to stop but you could hear it still trying to accelerate while I was trying to brake, my daughter hit her head on the back of my car seat and was super upset, one of the workers, I believe named Ash came out and screamed for me to turn off the car when I finally realized they had put my car floor mats on top of my gas pedal. I was extremely shaken and upset. My daughter got hurt, not terribly but enough to where she was somewhat traumatized/scared as she didn't know what was happening either. I gave a $20 tip and it was dropped by the staff in the chaos and It just seemed as though they were more concerned about finding the $20 bill than our safety/apologizing. Im just super unhappy with the visit and they definitely need to do better. Accidents happen but this could have turned out so horrible, we could have hit another car/person or we could have been really hurt in a car accident. We didn't receive a phone call after, didn't get a refund from our wash and/or tip. Just super disappointed in the whole experience.

Personable, helpful staff. Spotless wash outside and super clean inside. I can finally see out my windows again!
