Watson Road Veterinary Clinic reviews
17Neighborhood veterinarian Dr. Zeis has been in business for over 25 years. The staff are always warm and welcoming when you enter the office. I buy prescription dog food, flea & tick medicine along with heartworm medicine. Their prices are competitive, and they always have it in stock. I'm looking for a veterinarian. There are 3 in the office now.
I want to thank Dr Zeis and the Watson Road Veterinary Clinic, your team is very knowledgeable and compassionate, you all truly care about the pets and always do a great job!
Best vets! They have taken care of my pets for 15 years. We got to meet Dr. Pernikoff today... And he might be just as great as Dr. Zeis!
Dr Zeiss is a very caring and thorough veterinarian. I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is always kind and helpful.
I've been going to Watson Vet/. Dr. Zeis since 1988. He is very compassionate, caring, very knowledgeable in all animals needs. His staff is exceptional, customer friendly, professional, caring and has great communication skills along with assisting the owner if they have any medical issues. Thank You Dr Zeis and his staff. I highly recommend Watson Vet.
It took me well over a year… to finally open a sympathy card from Watson animal clinic. Loosing my dog my child was hard. But to finally open the sympathy card with the wrong last name…. Just not ok. Stroger is not the last name. I was billed under my name. They took my payment under my name. I miss my furry friend deeply every holiday. As he is not here to open his gifts. And he did. So for future clients and their fur babies…. Get the name right for the family. It is like loosing a child. Would you want the wrong name in a sympathy card for your family member?
Whoever the chick was working the after hours Line/clinic was rude as hell! Every time I had a question about the prices/billing and WHY are they insanely high? She sounded like she was getting very annoyed with me! But I am the one over here worried out of my mind crying about my baby Nash out of no where has started puking up his food! She said just for me to bring him in the door it would be $473! For ONE exam & an X-ray possibly. I just did not get a good comforting vibe at all.
When walking into the office, I was immediately greeted by a very friendly receptionist. Once going back, the tech and vet were both very kind and took great care of my dog.
I’ve been taking my pets to Watson Rd. Vet Clinic since 2006 to Dr. Zeis and he always did a fantastic job. I could tell by his demeanor that he truly cared about my pets welfare. I’ve recently been taking all four of my pets to Dr. Griess and after talking to her about issues my dog Blue has been having I could tell she cares what happens to my pets. I absolutely recommend Watson Rd. Vet Clinic. Since Dr. Greiss left the practice Dr. McCartney took over for her and he does a great job.
We have been coming here for over 30 years, just had to put our 14 1/2 year old bestie to rest. You will never find a vet like Larry who is filled with compassion and assurance that we were doing the best thing for our dog. Thank you Larry for all your years of kindness and caring during difficult times.
They always take the best care of our pet Amir. Awesome doctors for your pet family members.
I took my 1 year old rescue Shih Tzu here for the first time back in 2019 to have her spayed and microchipped. The doctor did a great job and the staff was so kind and caring. My dog had an extra benign growth in the belly button region that they took care of at the same time of the spay surgery without extra cost. They just did it because it’s what was best for her. I am very grateful and I highly recommend this vet to everyone I know!
The best vet clinic I've ever been to. I have been going to Watson Road Vet Clinic for about 8 years now and they never cease to amaze me. Prompt, inexpensive veterinary care that doesn't skimp on the "care" part, as so many clinics do. They haven't been taking any new patients since the start of the pandemic, though. So, unless you're already in their system, you'll miss out on all their wonderfulness until they open that back up. But if you're still looking for a veterinarian once that time comes, then you'll have a very difficult time finding a better one.
DR. BLACK IS THE BEST. Truly, she is. She practices modern medicine on your fur babies, she's extremely thorough, and very knowledgeable on veterinary medicine. The axillary team members are nothing, but kind and genuine people. My fur baby and I are very pleased with the care we get from that team!
Love the care and attention provided by all. Always do their best to get you in, listen with a caring ear, and speak nicely. Care is excellent and communication/transparency is consistent.
Doctor Ziess goes above and beyond the call of duty he truly cares and loves animals always automatically checking those little things that mean so much. Very thorough and a great surgeon. Thanks Doctor Ziess we you! JACKIE, LUNA, KITTY, LISA JACKSON
We bring all 4 of our animals here! They are quick to answer my emails and questions. My dogs love coming and any procedures done are always clean. Recommend for your fur babies!
