DO NOT BUY A POOL FROM WATSONS IF THEY ARE USING DON CAIRO, OR LOS-TEKS TO INSTALL. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WITH A BROKEN PUMP, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER RESPOND TO FIX IT! Now I have to come out of my own pocket to fix their mistakes.

I can't believe a company like Watsons contracts with unaccredited, unprofessional installers. Disgusting, could not be more upset.

****editing to add/update to 5 stars for Watsons. Their customer service is and has been incredible throughout this process. Our bad experience was due to a 3rd party installer, not the store itself. Watsons has committed to ensure our installation is corrected at the end of this summer, and have taken care of us as customer. 100% recommend this store for customer service and satisfaction.

Sent the wrong stuff and took many phone calls to figure out when the right stuff was coming. Every time we called nobody knew what we were talking about so there were no notes of our situation. Big pain. We did finally receive the right thing and if it wouldn't of disappointed our kids we would of canceled our order. I just recommend making notes so customers don't have to talk to 3 people and tell them the same thing every time.

Robin was our salesperson and she was great. She was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Honestly perfectly handled sales experience. The Tub we ordered was a bullfrog. It came just as promised and everything has been great. We have had a few small issues come up but it’s so nice knowing we can call and talk to the service team and they are very helpful. If they can’t help on the phone the tech they have for hot tubs is a total pro. Great communication and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend using Watson’s.

Our pool develope a leak, after three summerS of use. We came into the store for help and I felt like your store was not helpful at all, especially Rob the manager, sorry if I bored you with a question. Will I let others know the experience we had definitely. Oh by the way, I discovered the leak without your help. Also I again want to thank Rob for his caring demeanor (NOT)!

Robin from chat guided myself through the process of picking the correct sand filter to go with my pump and pool. Quick, easy, and painless. Robin was great.

Was in the market for a hot tub. After spending weeks researching I ended up at Watsons. Price was reasonable and the unit had good reviews and Watsons made it really easy to finance. Was literally in and out of the door in 30 minutes.

I called before I went. I explained what I needed. I was told I didn’t need to preorder just come on in as everything was there- not so much. Price was different when I arrived, the main reason for my trip was to pick up steps which I told the salesman. After I purchased them I was told they weren’t there and were kept at another site which was now closed. Now I have to make another trip in to pick them up. I live 45 minutes away. Overall it was an aggravating experience.

I would recommend that people who have the knowledge of products for the pool be readily available. Teach others about pool issues. Why should I have to walk all over the store to find someone to assist me.

Otherwise, I really love the store. I also attended a class that was fantastic. Since I bought my pool during Covid, there were no classes. I do better in a classroom setting than online.

Plus, send more coupons. That helps out a lot!

I called and Joshua was the most helpful, pleasant associate I've worked with at this Watson's location. He pulled an order for us, I paid, and it was ready when my daughter went to pick it up.
My daughter, on the other hand, said when she got to Watson's to pick up the order, she asked an "Older guy" her words about our order. She said the older guy pointed her to the register. My daughter went to the register. There was no one there and when a younger person came up, not the Joshua that I had spoke with on the phone, was rude, not at all helpful, and my daughter had to find our order herself.
I told my daughter I was surprised, because whenever I have worked with Joshua, I've never had an issue. Apparently Watson's needs to have more employees like Joshua. He did a phenomenal job and I appreciate it his help!

Was a great experience! We were undecided on what patio set to get and They were wonderful in showing us all the options. They really listened to our needs and were able to find us a perfect patio set.

Rob Cadillo was great. He set me up with the pool products I needed and answered all of my questions. It was great to have such a knowledgeable person and to be treated like family. Because of Rob, we will be buying a hot tube as well.

Stopped in watson’s in St Charles for the first and loved it. They have a little bit of everything in there. The sales rep was very nice and helpful. We ended up buying a hot tub and going back later for a swimming pool. Highly recommended watson’s.

We bought a Viking Spa from Watsons in Sept 2018. Tub has had some issues, but Watsons has come to fix them and our tub is running again and for that we are greatly appreciative. Definitely buy from Watsons again

Collin was very patient and took his time with all the details of our order. Watson's display of outdoor furniture was easy to navigate and not overwhelming.

We are very happy with our choices and cannot wait for delivery and warm weather.
