Mike Watton returned my call quickly, he answered all the questions I had about filing bankruptcy. He was very knowledgeable and straightforward, even stated he did not want to take my money if it would not benefit me. If my circumstances change I will most definitely be calling back.

Mike reminded me of a fast-talking used car salesman. Unsympathetic, extremely pompous, and thought he knew your situation before you even had a chance to finish explaining. I personally don’t want an attorney who judges where your finances are at based on the income you no longer have, and hardships but we couldn’t even get to that part because he was too busy being arrogant and assuming, next.

I have consulted with the law group twice. I have always got honest advice. Bankruptcy wouldn't help me right now, in my situation. It's nice to deal with a lawyer with your best interests at heart.

My first contact was with Timothy Hassell. He made me feel very comfortable and listen to me and what I had to say.
Timothy answered my questions and understood what I was was wanting to do.
I was given to someone else who would take care of my needs. I sent them what they needed and heard nothing back.
I contacted Timothy and he explain that the person in Question has left the company. So Timothy took care of my Question and again made me feel I took the right steps.
After payment was made in full I was contacted by Mr. Robert Abernathy, after the first meeting I felt Mr. Abernathy had talked me into something else and didn't feel comfortable with how the meeting went.
I didn't know what else to do but contact Timothy Hassell and explain my situation.
It took a bit and another email was sent, but Timothy finally returned my call.
There was some miscommunication with Mr. Abernathy and after Timothy talked to him, everything went back to the way it was in the beginning.

For the most part, I am very happy with everything and everyone. I would recomend Watton Law Group to anyone.

I have been with Watton Law Group for three years, and they are very professional. If you have doubts or questions, they will help you.

The most unhelpful, unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. 0/10 recommend. Last time I left a bad review I got a call back immediately asking to remove the review. This review will not be removed or improved.

Beware! Worst law firm ever! Call around even other attorneys will warn you. I will update later with the details. Micheal Watton actually deserves-negative-5. He seems like a car salesman. He seems you a dream until you sign the papers. This bankruptcy as been a nitemare nothing new said was true. That's why he's not even in Missouri. So do your research and call other attorneys don't go by his reviews that's mostly when he has his first "salesman talk" he's good at selling a dream but the worst attorney I have ever had or heard about. It's only about money and he tells you want you want to hear to get your to sign the documents then it's a whole another story.

Saved us from needing to do bankruptcy by their advice alone! Great place, highly recommend, very on it with phone calls, emails and text messages.

I cannot stress enough how friendly and efficient everyone who handled our case was. I wish there were more stars to give. If you need a lawyer, in our case for bankruptcy, Liz, was amazing, compassionate and caring. Thank you.

Mr. Watton reached out to me regarding my review below. He helped me make a plan right away on what would help me best. He was very kind, patient and understanding. I appreciate him reaching out to me so quickly to help me deal with an already stressful situation. I have an appointment scheduled with Mr. Abernathy next week. Hopefully he actually attends this meeting as he’s just not been present for my last three scheduled meetings. Two without calling to reschedule. Mr. Watton assured me that Mr. Abernathy will be there. I told him if Mr. Abernathy shows up (and hopefully is more professional) that I will change my review to a better one considering he’s trying to make this right. For now I will give them 2 stars for Mr. Watton taking the time out of his evening to help me and make this right.

My initial call was with Mr. Watton. That seemed to go very well. He explained everything to me and was patient with me as I’ve never done this before and am very nervous. My next call was an overall consultation with Mr. Abernathy who seemed to show zero sympathy towards my situation. I came to a decision on what I wanted to do. Then, called to schedule an appointment. A week later I get a call on the day of my appointment to tell me there was a “scheduling conflict”. I said that was fine and rescheduled. I never got a call. No call to reschedule, nothing. I took time off work to be able to answer the call. So, I called to reschedule again. I was supposed to get a call today. Nobody called me. Not to reschedule. Not for my scheduled appointment. Nothing. I am frustrated, because this is an already stressful situation after a battle with cancer. I liked Mr. Watton. Then, ended up with Mr. Abernathy who just didn’t want to give me the time of day. I guess I have to do business with another firm even though I already did my consultation and everything. I was ready to move on to the next step. So, now I have to start over with a whole new firm. I give Mr. Watton 4 stars. Mr. Abernathy doesn’t even deserve 1. The receptionists were also always rude. Pretty much only Mr. Watton was kind and professional and I didn’t even get to work with him.

Called Watton Law Group today after feeling overwhelmed with questions regarding business closure. Mr Watton exceeded my expectations by answering every question I had showing compassion and empathy in his responses. Thank you!

For a consultation, the experience was less than satisfying. Michael Watton was not sympathetic to needs. Will be going to a different firm where they don't talk about being in a big fancy office with a fancy suit. Attorney words, not mine
