Karenga is excellent at her job! Makes you feel relaxed and is super sweet. You'll always love the results! The whole staff is excellent!

Today was my first time at Waxtician Studios! I called and was able to get a same-day appointment. I feel like it was fate for me to get Indea, because she is truly now my wax bestie! She was professional, as well as personable. I had a lot of questions as a first time sugar waxing, but she was patient with me and made me feel very comfortable. We chatted about a number of subjects during my service, and she made sure she didn’t leave a hair behind. Kimberly, the receptionist, was super nice and informative. I will be back in 5 weeks for my next appointment and after!

I’ve had six total appointments with two being cancelled by Za’Mari. Today makes the second time that my standing appt was cancelled at the last minute by Za’Mari and I wasn’t given a heads up so that I could make other arrangements. Poor customer service in my opinion! I’ve decided not to return as a customer.
