Waynesville Motor Vehicle & Driver License

I thought I was treated rudely, the person has a personal issues with me, maybe she didn’t like me in high school and now useing her authority to treat me any way she wants, last time I came to renew my license I had the proper documents but she refused to renew my license I took them to Lebanon and renew

Very nice workers, dont ever bother calling they don't answer or return calls. Called 6 time in 2 mo ths leaving messages and they never called back or answered once.

Each employee I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. DMV trips are never really a fun thing, but they are more difficult with a screaming 1 year old. The line was long, but at no fault of the staff as they're using all the resources that they are provided. Jen serviced me for a Missouri license and again was each of the traits mentioned above plus she was incredibly charismatic. Thank you to the staff for making this trip much better than what I had dreaded and thank you for being so patient with myself and my little one.

2 terrible experiences with this DMV, they make no effort to help and they don’t care about your paperwork, even something as important as a truck title.if you wanna jump through a thousand hoops, go here

Often have to wait over 2 hours. No clear instructions upon entering (verbally or posted). Time at counter is 2-3 times longer than at other local DMVs. After experiencing this for 7 years, I finally decided to drive 30 minutes to a different DMV where my entire visit took less than 10 minutes. One hour of travel time plus the 10 minutes of office time is still faster than waiting in line at this DMV.

Quite possibly the worst DMV I have been to in 20 years. Go to Lebanon for faster friendlier service.

Always slow, packed and rude. Never get anything acomplished. You never have all the right paperwork. Always go to a different dmv.

Every time I come to this place they come up with a new rule. I’ll wait almost 2 hours just for the office to tell me I need a another document after I’ve asked them multiple times. Why is it only 2 people working there? I’ve been to many DMV offices this is by far the most unorganized!

Arrived early, had to get new DLs for the wife and I. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and courteous. Treated us like old friends.

Military spouses are being denied vehicle registration if they cannot provide a current earnings statement (which is a document that only the service member has legal access to)

Worst DMV I've ever been to. Have been there 3 times and every time has been a nightmare, always a few hour wait. Waited 2 hours just to renew my driver's license and since I didn't have a piece of mail with my address on it (THE SAME ADDRESS THAT IS PRINTED ON MY DRIVERS LICENSE). I was told I had to come back and draw a number again. I just live right down the road and it only took me 5 minutes to grab a piece of mail. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I dont even guvd this s full star. Staff is terrible, wait is forever and they send you running in circles. Save your time and your patience. Everyone here needs to be fired.

Skip this office and go to the one in Rolla instead. Here’s why: staff is friendlier, more helpful. Wait is much shorter. Ample parking.

Worst DMV around, the staff would jus rather waste your time and send you elsewhere. Save yourself time and jus go to a different DMV. I personally have had issues here that for some reason didn't even matter at another DMV. Never have I seen Such a blatant disregard for people's time.

Well done! The clerk that did my title and registration was awesome! I waited maybe 10 minutes which is great! The lady that helped me was outstanding. You could tell she was tired and was probably treated rudely recently, but she shown me the utmost respect and was more than willing to help me, even though I didn't have all the paper work and had to run to the library! Thank you for being so pleasant and patient with me! I was dreading going to the DMV this whole weekend thinking it would be a process like other places I've been before. Waynesville y'all need to be nicer to the clerks down there! If y'all think that's a hard dmv y'all need to go to a DMV in a city!

I usually never leave reviews for anything. But this is one of the worst dmv’s I have been to. I went there and waited 3 hours for a lady to tell me I am missing a paper, before I could even ask what paper and where to find it she was calling the next customer up and telling me to leave. Rude workers. The whole place works at a snails pace too.

Very poor service and incompetent employees had to literally go back 5 times for the same thing and was told something different every time and issue still isn't resolved! Won't be going back there!

Fast friendly and worth the visit. Best DMV in Missouri and the country. You don't get attitude and ladies are so helpful.

I went in to register my new motorcycle and was in and out within 20 minutes. I suggest 0800-0930 to get there for fast service.
