We Wax That! Spa, Webster Groves MO

I did a bunch of research for a friend of mine who wanted to get a bikini wax for the first time but then never went myself. She shared that she had a positive experience with Eboni. I decided that I wanted to try as well before heading to Mexico. I had NEVER had professional waxing that was not my eyebrows and was not entirely sure what to expect. I showed up at my appointment time, Yuliia took me a few minutes early, answered all my questions, made small talk to distract me and make me feel comfortable, and was completely professional, and very thorough. I scheduled my next appointment immediately upon completion. Yuliia was great! Very positive experience.

I started coming here years ago after I kept being disappointed by that big chain waxing company and I'll never go anywhere else. Yulia is the best! All of the esthetiticians that work here do an amazing job. Quick and clean and friendly.

I have been coming here for yeeeears. Yullia is my new waxologist and she is amazing! I was really disappointed after Taylor left, but Yullia changed that! Her technique is smooth, there's no pain, she gets all the hairs, and no ingrowns afterwards. She also has good conversation so the appointment goes by quickly and isn't awkward at all!

It hurt like hell! My first time I was receiving a Brazilian wax so I thought and my tech was rude, not gentle, aggressive, and dismissive to the fact that I was a newbie. Her attitude and lack of patience and compassion made my first time that much worse. I made her stop 5 minutes into the whole thing! Her name is yullia and while she MIGHT be great at getting every hair her overall disposition sucks azs! The park felt worse than labor!

Yullia is the BEST! I have been going to her for over a year now and I actually look forward to it! Yes, it is waxing so of course it is going to be uncomfortable and at times painful.but Yullia is quick, detailed in her work and always asks if I am doing ok while I'm on the table. She is very professional and takes her job seriously. This is somewhat of an awkward experience but she makes you feel at ease so it is not embarrassing. I recommend her to anyone looking for the waxing "down there" experience!

I always get great service here! I think I’ve been to just about every tech (and they all did amazing) but Yulia’s my favorite so I stuck with her. Very professional, timely, and efficient. She gets every hair!

Ebony is so professional! This was my first Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable. She talked with me and continuously checked in to make sure I was feeling okay! I cannot recommend her enough! She made my first Brazilian bearable and I will continue to come here!

I came in a few minutes early, there was no one at the front. I know listed on their website it says they don’t have a receptionist so I was prepared for that. I say down and waited. A young lady came from the back greeted me and introduced herself as Zoey. She took me to the back and advised me what to do to prepare for the service I was about to get. Because this was my 3rs wax studio I was trying I wanted to make it know of the issues I have experienced and what struggles I’ve had. After letting her know she was a great listener and she made me feel comfortable and she knew her stuff! She test stripped me using 3 different waxes and wanted to make sure which was going to take better to my skin. As we communicated further we found one that was good. She gave me insight on what products to use and what aftercare instructions I should apply after waxing! First of all I’m blown away with her! She was awesome I set my next appointment with her as well. She was very kind profession and personable. She again, made me feel comfortable and she made it so that I would potentially not endure the hassles I have been going through, she was so thorough and she took her time with me. The wax was painless and smooth. She guiding me through every step. I am so glad I have found this place! I am satisfied. The only thing I didn’t gemlike much was the table it was cold and slippery due to my sweating during the treatment. But other than that I am sold!

Terrible service and painful wax. Would never go here again. I scheduled with Janet and 5 mins before I get to the salon they cancel my appointment. Then when I got there they just played dumb and she had her assistant do my wax. It was painful because she didn’t know what she was doing. Very disappointed. I have absolutely been to your business. Your system must be wrong. I was there in July.

Went here for my first wax a few months ago, and my waxer Zoe perfectly walked me through it all. Visited her again a few weeks ago, and my experience was even better. She's professional, friendly, and she makes sure her client feels at ease. The spa itself is charming, inviting, and clean. Would HIGHLY recommend.
