Was a very good experience for all for of my kids.they work well with my kiddos and are doing there best to get one of my kids Comfortable on coming in we all just love everyone here and would recommend them to everyone

The techs are always so wonderful with my kids! Always explaining and making them feel comfortable! I have brought my kids here since they were 1 and love the experience everytime!

We have been coming there for several years now. All the staff are always very friendly and helpful! They always thoroughly explain to my daughter what they are going to do before they do it. And they have always let me know how she is doing with her healthy teeth. It's a very relaxing environment and everyone is always very respectful! They have always been very professional while we are there. It's clean and comfortable. Thank you for taking good care of my daughter and her beautiful smile

We had an appointment I took off work for, then they told me (I’m sorry we overbooked for that day) so they made it for the next day. I couldn’t get off work again so I had to call and reschedule. They rescheduled for the next day at 8: 00 in the morning. I have 4 kids and 3 different schools to get them to in the mornings. I never make appointments that early because I know the timing for me in the mornings is pressing. That’s the only time they had though, so I had to take it. I show up to the office at 8: 10 by the time I get up to the receptionist it was 8: 11. She said I’m sorry we have a strict 10 minute late policy. Not willing to work with me at all. They only had one person in the waiting room. Although when I do show up early it’s usually about a 20 to 30 minute wait to even get the kids back to the dentist. I understand timing is important but due to this being their fault I had to reschedule in the first place, this is absolutely ridiculous.

They do a fantastic job with both of my kids. Super friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

I have previously left a review but Google would not let me update it so I’m giving my update here; for backstory my special needs son was traumatized and treated very poorly here over a year ago by a dentist after doctor Corey left.
We had an appointment today, my son has not been back since that appointment and he refuses to even go to the dentist since this happened. I really hope Webb City Dental learns from their mistakes and understands that their actions cause severe consequences for people. We are now having to look for a new dentist because my son is so terrified of Webb City Dental. We have done extensive therapy for this but this is the reality of treating your patients badly. I hope they do better next time. If you have special needs kids I would not bring them here.

My child LOVESSSS going to the dentist! The day after her dental work was done we went to lunch together while all the other kids was at school. We got to our destination and she cried because she wanted to go back to the dentist and that's where she thought we was going! She refused to eat anything because of it. Yesterday at her appointment the dentist and the nurse laughed at her jokes and silliness she felt like the most important person in the whole building.
We were patients of Dr Camille Hostetter. I never thought anyone could hold a close spot to her. Y'all would make her so proud of what you have continued to display. Care AND compassion! It's wonderful

My daughter had a dentist appointment but for some reason they decided to only contact her grandmother who we do not live with or have any contact with. I have no clue why as this also happened to my appointments with them, even though the staff knew I was medically emancipated as I had a child and was a legal adult. So I missed 2 appointments before I got my cavities fixed and then after I got them fixed and set up another appointment I missed mine as well as my daughter's first appointments since they decided to contact my mother (my daughter's grandmother) for both mine and my daughters appointment. They are great dentists (at least the one that did the right side of my teeth, and my daughters first appointment. The second time I went in for my left side of cavities the person said "be careful, one time we sucked a filling out right after it was filled" and the person who put the fillings in the second time on my left side I have parts of my teeth that were sawed showing, I now have a dip and multiple spots on my teeth feeling like I could take out my fillings with my nails and it hurts to chew as food sometimes gets under the filling. I missed my appointment because they contacted my mother so I could not get it fixed. They rescheduled my daughter's appointment. This was the only bad experience I've ever had and I hope it never happens again, especially a bad experience for my daughter. I will be a very upset momma. Please educate your associates on medical emancipation, and what to NOT say during a cavity fixing/filling and how to correctly fill teeth

Friendly staff, great with kids. I would recommend you use them for your child's dental needs.

Webb City Dental is by far my favorite dentist office! They are wonderful with my 4 kiddos! I just wish they helped adults, too!

The staff is always friendly and is good at thier jobs. I have 3 kids and they always work w my work schedule and school so I can try to get all kiddos in at the same time.

I chose 5 stars if there was more id give them more because the excellent care my children receive the staff are always nice and there is very little wait times we get checked in and we get back very quickly when I call for a urgent app for my children they are always ready to help I wouldn't take my kids any where else!

Dr. Mcleod and all the staff were excellent in providing care for my son! Fast and efficient in getting us scheduled and taking care of our dental concerns, the staff were very supportive and understanding.

They were awesome with my daughter! It was her 1st time going to the dentist at an age that she could remember and she was so nervous until we go in there and the dental hygienist was so nice and had my baby girl laughing almost the entire time and made the experience so great for her that she is now excited about her next visit even though she knows they will have to work on a few teeth and possibly even pull 2! She still says she can't wait to go back! Thank you for making my baby so at ease with the dentist because I myself have had a bad experience with a dentist and I pray my kids never go through what I did! Now I pray my other kids are that easy to get checked at their appointments!
