Webb Creek Marina at Clearwater Lake, MO 63638

It was an amazing place. The people were very friendly the wind was perfect if you want to sail I highly recommend to coming this to this part of Clearwater lake. There is beautiful campgrounds there as well.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The boats were older but fit our needs perfectly. We really enjoyed our day on the lake.

Everyone was super friendly, everything was clean and we had a great time. We will be returning soon!

We have been going for YEARS! The campground is better taken care of this year than we have ever seen. Bathrooms cleaned daily! Campsite clean on arrival!

On my bucket list going to run a Sea-Doo this summer cuz I have oxygen 24/7 best way to play around on the lake trying to take donations and buy me a Sea-Doo

Made reservations for a pontoon boat.they took my info and card # for the deposit and then calls me a week later to tell me that they rented me a boat that already was booked. Aready had 10 people going. Now I have 10 people that I have to tell we can't get one.i try to get another on from another marina they are all booked now. Maybe if I was told a week ago I could of got one from there. So thank you for screwing up my birthday and 10 others weekend. Dont think anyone of us 10 people will ever return. Very Unprofessional!

The whole campground is on a very steep hillside and we had some problems getting our camper pulled in. Other than that our stay was great, campground host was friendly, showers and bathrooms were in good condition.
Overall we would go back, we enjoyed our stay.

Was a great little campsite. The only issue was the ants lol. The beach was nice and clean.

Made renting a Waverunner quick & easy. Very cool about explaining the safety and operation of the machine prior to turning customers loose on the lake.

Amazing place, with amazing people. This place is so magical I literally asked if it was OK to tell people about it. LOL

Pretty cool that they ferry you to the docks. Can tell they have a lot of loyal customers because of how they treat them. Staff was friendly.

I called the Monday after Memorial Day and asked if I could reserve a pontoon for the 4th of July and a tube. The lady that answered said sure and that she never charged a deposit unless we did not keep our reservation or cancel within 48 hours and then she would. She also told me that because we wanted it on the 4th of July that we could have the pontoon for 30 minutes after dark to watch the firework show on the lake. We picked the pontoon up on the 4th and it was an older boat. It had no BBQ grill as she had told us it did. So we carried onboard a huge cooler that had food in it for all day, to which we had to go to another marina and spend close to 100$ for lunch for us all. We sat for 30 minutes trying to get it started and began to think it would not start. Finally a young boy went and got the manager who acted as though he was angry for even having to come and try to get it started. All he could say after it started and puttered and then started running was that he had rented it the day before and it ran fine. But then the young boy said we had to work on it when we got it back. That should have been my clue to get out and get a refund even if it was partial. After starting and letting it run we were off on the lake for the day. About 6p.m. Here comes the young boy and was yelling that we had gone past time for our rental and needed to get back to the marina. We immediately went back to the marina as he requested and just like another consumer said about 6 of the staff at the marina came running up to us yelling and screaming that we were late. When I told the older fat blonde that I was told we could stay on the lake for the fireworks, she said nobody ever told you that. My reply was then how did I know that if I wasn't told? Then the other blonde started yelling that there were no fireworks on the lake this year and that nobody would have ever told us that. Then the little 15 year old gal that was dressed like a Coyote Ugly Pole Dancer started saying that I needed to shut up to which my older daughter replied to stop being rude to my mom and she said what are you going to do about it, I am only 15. While all of this was going on my husband who was trying to keep the peace had gone inside because they were threatening to call the sheriff on us and the manager said that the prop was broken and charged my husband 210$ more dollars. So for an old broke down pontoon rental for 1 day we spend 507$ and paid for a broken prop that was never checked before we left the marina nor after we returned. I will never use these people again for anything and I love going to the lake and the town and the area in general. I have never met people of this caliber in my entire time of going to that lake. I will never recommend anyone to use their business. There are other marinas and my favorite is Bluffview Marina, which I have used before and always had good experiences, however, I thought that I would save a little by going with a cheaper marina. But believe me cheap is exactly what it is, and the women there are the rudest lying humans in that town. I will spend my money somewhere else. My money may not break them but it won't make them either. Not worth the effort or the drive over there.
