This company is an absolute mess. DO NOT hire them with such an important decision as your insurance. They are complete liars that are not looking out for your best interest and do not stand behind their promises. I can not say enough horrible things about Mike Webb, Scott and Greg Gray. They are all snakes. They said everything were clerical errors on their end. I am now stuck with a $550 car payment monthly for a car I no longer can drive because of their errors.

My experience with WEBB INSURANCE was incredibly frustrating due to their abysmal communication. Despite numerous attempts, they never returned my calls, leaving me in the dark about my insurance inquiry. The lack of responsiveness resulted in a lapsed policy, forcing me to seek coverage from a different agency. Avoid [Insurance Agency] if you value timely communication and reliability in your insurance provider.

I’ve been a client for years, been through many agents. I never knew who my account manager was, I was finally advised my agent was Tammy, Tammy never replied to multiple of my emails. I asked for quotes for other carriers, got a reply back advising my current carrier was the cheapest.and nothing was provided further. Called to cancel a few days ago because of lack of communication and by far the worst customer service I’ve had. I personally work in the industry and know that is not how clients are treated.
