I worked with Debbie. She was so quick and efficient! After recently having a baby I didnt have much time (or energy) to spend at car dealers waiting for lenders and looking at cars. I saw the one online I liked, did the app online, and spoke to Debbie on the phone afterward. She said she would get to work and that she did! Early the next morning she had an approval and no money down for a 2017 with pretty affordable payments! When I got to the dealer it went by fast i was driving off the lot within an hour! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful!

Mike in servicing is an absolute rock star! He went above and beyond to get my problem fixed and your dealership is lucky to have such a wonderful employee that cares and goes above and beyond to make sure your customers are taken care of.

Everything was very good, including the lady in the lounge.
It took two and a half hours which was fine, but another 40 mins.to try and pay the bill.the book keeper was a bit rude and I was an like an interruption!
So I just left and when she called I gave her my credit card info.

After stopping by Elco Chevrolet and having one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership that ended with me being chased out the door by the sales manager swearing that "they could see the other dealers inventory" and "they were lying to me to sell me a more expensive vehicle". I stopped by Weber Chevrolet and had one of the best experiences I've ever had. Mike Busch was my salesman and he did a great job. I sent Mike an email asking if the truck I was interested in was still available and he confirmed it was (Elco swore he was lying about that). I was wanting to stay at 40k for and new truck and they were asking 41,500 for my truck, with the incentive the price was 40,500, I offered the 40k and he went to ask the boss. Five minutes later he came back and said it's a deal, 15 minutes after that I was signing papers. It took longer for Elco to pretend to take my offer seriously then it did for Mike to put me in a new truck.

My only complaint is the financing department ran my credit with multiple lenders even though I had already secured financing and had asked them not to. But at the end of the day the awesome deal I got makes up for the extra dings on my credit report.

I will be going back to get my next vehicle

Brought in vehicle without appointment and was able to receive service. Got calls to update me on its progress and to address an additional concern about my vehicle. It was ready close to the time promised.

Sales associate Dale Martin was very responsive and finance contact Anthony Brinker was great to work with. I was in a bind as my 21 year old chevy truck gave out and I needed a truck to drive in a less than desirable market to buy in. Appreciated their honesty and provided options to offer the best possible deal, financing and even sold me on the value of an extended warranty.

Joseph Meader- was the best hands down. He helped my daughter pick out her first car and kept her focused on the ones within my budget. He patiently explained every detail to us and I was comfortable with my purchase knowing I was in good hands. I hope to work with Joseph in the future.

I went to get my vehicle serviced for my air that was not coming through the vent. The guy was extremely nice. About a week later I was smelling antifreeze but never thought it was my vehicle so I ignored it for a bit. As the weeks went by it got stronger so I finally looked under my hood and noticed a hose not secured. Tried calling to have the issue corrected to get the runaround. I spent 600 on the service and get 0 support with correcting their mistake. They want me to leave my vehicle for at least a week with no rental or anything so I will be without transportation. I will never use their services again.

Mike Busch is awesome! I placed an order for a 2022 Corvette last winter. He has been super professional, has kept me in the loop 100% of the time, and has gone above and beyond my expectations this past year. Great guy, wonderful dealership experience. Highly recommend!

I looked online for some parts for my Equinox, but the sales department popped up. I've always been looking for another Tahoe since I lost mine in an accident in 2016. I WAS SO EXCITED, they had a 2013 Tahoe in FANTASTIC CONDITION! I spoke with Alex in used car sales who held the vehicle for me so I could look at it & drive it! It was as good as it sounded. I bought it right away. There were some minor cosmetic things to be fixed & with the help of Angela in the body shop, the slight hail damage was fixed, & the chip in the windshield was repaired. I bought a protection package for the paint & interior & Faith made sure I had a car to use while all of this was taken care of. They also went above & beyond to repair a small rip in the leather seat, it looks brand new. Also the rear defost wasn't attached & the service department replaced the entire rear window. After getting my car back home, my OnStar informed me the front tire was low & then I noticed a scee in the rear tire. I couldn't believe it. I took it in to get repaired & checked out & both tires got replaced for me. I just couldn't believe the quality of customer service that Weber Chevrolet exhibits. I will always go to Weber for all my Tahoe needs & I definitely will refer my friends and family!
