Wedding Creations on Fifth, Washington MO

I had made a bridal appointment on December 15th with Emily, I was scheduled to come in January 2nd at 1pm. Appointment time comes around and I headed to the old location on 5th street, the place is mostly empty and there are people moving stuff out. I go to the new location, they tell me it’s their moving day and say they aren’t having any appointments because of the move.

Poor communication on their part as they didn’t post about their exact moving day until around 5pm on January 2nd.

Went under new ownership and very disappointed. You would think a company would like to keep their customers. Nope. Will never shop here again and will not refer anyone to this shop. In fact I’ll make sure they know NOT to go here.

And no I had no problem paying off the dress all I was asking is that you keep the dress after I paid it off and put the money towards another Different dress in your store.

I decided to go with this place due to my aunt coming here years ago, and she had an amazing experience. It all was going well, until they went under new ownership. My whole wedding experience with them was very disappointing. Many of our groomsmen and fathers had to come back more than once because their suits were way off. Not to mention, nobody called about them even being there. Not even for my husbands suit. But someone called when my dress was in? I assume prior to the new owner coming in.
And to top it all off, one of my bridesmaids dresses was pretty off in color. I went with a darker blue/turquoise and we noticed the day of my wedding that hers was more dull and green tented. We even ordered a dress off of Amazon for my other bridesmaid and that one was even closer.unfortunately there was nothing we could do about it on our wedding day except for try to make her blend in. They did offer her $80 back, but that doesn’t really amount to her dress, our day, or our photos.
Also, they tried charging my Maid of Honor a “rush” charge even though she had already paid in full in the time frame needed.
Overall, very disappointing and I won’t be returning until this business gets everything figured out.

Thoroughly impressed with the quick service! We rented a suit for upcoming prom and the process was so pleasant and easy! Thank you! Can't wait to see my son in his suit!

My daughter got her prom dress here. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! My daughter had a wonderful experience shopping here. Would recommend this shop to Anyone looking for formal wear to wedding dresses!

From start to end, this place has been absolutely phenomenal to us. I bought my dress from here, through the other owners. We have since rented our suits, My mom got her mother of the bride dress, and my mother in law got her dress here too. I wish I could remember the girl who sold me my dress, and helped us with our suits. She's the best! So blessed to have found this place to accommodate our entire wedding party.

Gave me a lovely wedding dress and have always been super kind to me and my situations.
The day before my wedding, one of the groomsmen was supposed to pick his tux up. He never showed. Luckily we had an extra who stood in his place. Wedding creations helped us out and got him fitted into the tux we ordered for the other groomsman (around 5pm, THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING.) They always treat me wonderfully. Thanks!
