Waaaaw just waaaw. Amazing business. Amazing customer service. Got us in on a Sunday, took care of us in a timely manner. Amazing people to work with in the town of Saint Charles. We were taken care of and we left happy. I 1000% recommend this business. Owner Nagwa and her employee were kind and went above and beyond to make us happy. One of the best experiences we ever had. Nagwa was so sweet and helpful! She gave me great advice on my budget and factoring the the types of (and cost of) tailoring per different styles of dress. I had a relatively low budget, but she really worked with me to get the gorgeous dress that I fell in love with for an absolutely amazing price. She also takes every precaution for COVID-19, including only seeing one client at a time, to keep everyone safe. She was so nice and I couldn't be more greatful to her.

I found my dream dress here thanks to Nagwa! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and so thoughtful. There’s dresses for every budget and it’s a nice, quaint shop that has all the charm that the big stores are lacking. I shopped at several stores with no luck, and ended up finding my perfect dress here in the first one I tried on. I would recommend anyone take a visit here on your search for a dress for the big day!

This place is a great store to buy your dress! I went to this store with to separate brides and each time was pleasantly surprised by the care we received. The dresses are all reasonably priced and each time I went they were having a sale! Great place to visit especially since they don't require an appointment beforehand.

I had a wonderful experience here! This was the first place I went and after going to David's after, the quality of the stock in the wedding gallery at the price I needed for my budget was far far superior. Christa helped me, and she was attentive, honest, and very relaxed (funny too). Wedding dress shopping is fun, but stressful, and to have someone helping me that didn't make me feel like it was a "high-pressure sales" situation, was extremely helpful. It gave me the freedom to make my own decision and be 100% sure instead of feeling like I got pressured into buying a dress that maybe wasn't the perfect one. Thank you Wedding Gallery-Frenchtown!

I went there on a lunch break from work. Delores was quick to help me find dresses that suit me. I tried on quite a few but fell in love with the 3rd dress I tried on. I don't doubt one bit that this dress was made for me to wear on my wedding day. I went to the Wedding Gallery in Frenchtown yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Delores helped me try on many dresses to see the different options and styles as this was my first dress fitting experience for my upcoming wedding. I can't say enough good things about Delores. She was so kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable about all of the dresses. I didn't feel rushed at all and felt very comfortable there. I didn't happen to find "the dress" for me at this location but they had a ton of beautiful dresses at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this place to any bride-to-be!

I love my prom dress! Ms. Dolores is so sweet& helped us soo much. She made it a very personal experience for me& even gave me advice on my dates attire. And considering that i was about to travel 5 hours away to get a pricier dress because I couldn't find anything of my liking & I walked in Wedding Gallery to see the dress of my dreams with an unbelievable deal! I'll be back next year!

I have been looking for a dress for the past 4 months, and nothing really stuck out to me. I ended up going into St. Charles today, and by chance we passed this store and decided to stop in and check it out. ALL of the dresses were amazing! The service they gave was the absolute best! Dolores and Denise were SOOOOO kind and helpful. I found the prettiest dress, and I love it! I would HIGHLY recommend this store to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique dress.
