Paul (owner/lessor) is always willing to work with you if something comes up, whether it is something needing to be fixed or personal needs with rent. I have enjoyed living here and others who have enjoyed living here as well.

Roach infested (I have videos) Landlord doesn’t fix anything and will make up lies to take your security deposit and sketchy people walking around. 0 stars if possible

It’s quiet and peaceful, however there are a lot of weird people who live here and walk around, and the landlord does not fix anything! If you get a working apt great! If not good luck! 0/10 if I could.
