Weir on 66, Cuba MO

Must have been an off night for Weir. From the time I ordered to delivery of my plate 60 minutes. Gyros were good. Brussel sprouts were excellent. Philly steak & cheese was so-so: beef was not tender and lacked seasoning. Fries served with the gyro were tepid. $59xx. Help staff failed to put my sandwich order in and was delayed. I did get a discount for the bad service. Overall experience: not impressed. Should have gone to Dottie's diner up the road.

The Weir on 66 in Cuba, MO was a great lunch stop, The food was delicious and the service was great. We were passing through on Route 66. I have several food allergies and they were able to feed me something yimmy. We would love to eat there again. The owner was very informative about other places to see on Route 66.

Stopped in for the first time, the evening before Thanksgiving. The food was great! The seasoned steak fries were superb; along with the PJ burger. The service left me feeling complete! Not many times do I tell myself that I will return; but that isn't the case with this establishment! They even have a bar for anyone wanting some adult beverages.

Ate at this place while riding 66 with my mother. Great service and the food was excellent. I had a chicken sandwich that was delicious. Really plays well to route 66. Well worth your time.

Stopped in on our way from Texas to Indiana. You really feel that Route 66 vibe, and the food is so yummy! Try the fried Brussels sprouts! The owner and staff are the best!

This place was amazing. The food, cocktails, service, and ambience were stellar. The owner himself made my Bloody Mary and brought it out to me, and we were very impressed that he took the time to visit with us. Highly recommend the brussels sprouts appetizer, the gyro with house-made tzatziki sauce, and the Highway 19 burger.

This place was great! Toasted Ravs, Danny Burger, chicken kabob.everything was super good, great service and friendly hospitality.

What an awesome little place! Had the Gyro, it was fantastic! Nice place outside to eat with my pooch. The owner came out and gave my dog a treat and gave me a couple stickers for free. Love that they re-purposed the building and are keeping it alive! A great experience with good food, history, and friendly staff.

This place is eclectic nostalgic comfortable. The owner has passion so how can it not be amazing. Food is always fantastic.

Weir on 66 is located directly on Route 66, so its the perfect place to stop if you're on a trip out the Mother Road. Not only that, it's housed in one of the most beautiful historic filling stations you will ever come across!
They have wonderful food and incredible service. I encourage everyone to stop when they're in the area.

What a great burger and fries. Enjoyed sitting outside, they even brought the dog a bowl of water.

The food was pretty good. I had the cheeseburger, my husband had the grilled cheese. The house Italian salad dressing was VERY good. The appetizers fries 4 ways would be better with the sauces on the side sotgey don't get soggy or overloaded in some areas. I will be back to try the brussel sprouts.
The service was just okay. I think the server was new and we had to ask for everything from silverware to refills. The cook and owner (presumably) were both friendly and stopped to talk.

Unique place. I really enjoyed reminiscing what the building would have looked like in the historical route 66 days. Definitely worth stopping by.

For a small business it has great service and food we love it and will stop by again on our way to texas again soon

Such a charming place. At first I thought the food was gonna be to New Age" it's not. It has a goid ol fashioned cheeseburger and fries. With a twist.

The PJ burger is the most delicious sandwich I think I've ever had! Friendly staff and owner. Will definitely be back.
