I called over a week ago and left several messages with the office manager/secretary. On one of the occasions, the lady who answered (their phone) told me the "attorney hadn't arrived to the office yet", but she was very pleasant and took down my information (regarding a potential case), and said someone would call me back. It's been over a week now and no one has called me back. This is extremely unprofessional business practice for attorneys not to call potential clients back. I wanted to keep my business local, but apparently Welch & Webb isn't interested in either new business or our business in general. Although the lady I spoke to was very friendly (on the phone), a law firm that doesn't respond to calls does not inspire confidence, so I'd highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. There's plenty of other local law firms out there that would happily accept your business!
