4Such a beautiful studio and an amazing teacher! If you’re looking for a yoga studio/teacher that will honor where you are physically, emotionally, and mentally look no further. I am a person who likes to just chill in savanna the whole class every now and again, and that’s ok here, other times I want to challenge myself, I have that opportunity here as well. Whoever you are, wherever you are, whatever you are looking for, this is for you.
Wellness & Wonder is a great place to come and experience yoga for the first time or to take weekly classes. Rachel (owner/instructor) does an amazing job showing you technique and knowledge of how yoga is wonderful for your whole body. I've been going to her classes for a long time and have enjoyed every minute of it.
Rachel and Wellness & Wonder is such a warm and inviting place let alone the experience of yoga you get from her. It’s wonderful and I highly recommend checking her out. I give her a 10 star rating out of 5 stars…. She’s the BEST!
