Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
17I placed a mobile order and requested shredded cheese for my salad.which I paid for, but didnt get. In addition, the girl who handed me my two bags of food, slammed the window as soon as possible and didnt give me my drink. I had to keep waving to get someone's attention in order to get my drink.
The price for a bacon cheeseburger (ridiculous) it was like s kid burger good but just not enough to fill u up
Ordered no honey butter on my chicken biscuit this morning, received a biscuit with no chicken and only honey butter. The receipt was correct. I will no longer go to this location.
I ordered online and selected parking spot delivery. After waiting 10 minutes, I went inside and found my order sitting on the counter, in front of a bunch if worthless employees. I confirmed that it was mine and got no apology for the confusion. I checked my bag and left. I was shorted a chicken sandwich, for which I also received no apology for the shortage or the long wait to finally get all my food.
Avoid this option with the wp location.
They weren’t even that busy and we waited like 15 minutes they had us sit at the drive thru window for like 5 minutes waiting on our frostys when we saw them siting right in the window in front of us I asked for sour cream and completely ignored me. Not very happy with my visit
It's your typical Wendy's! Nothing different. All and all I don't think you'll go wrong going here of you like Wendy's in general.
Tried their breakfast biscuits and I wasn't impressed. The biscuit didn't taste quite done.
This is mine and my kids favorite place to eat, but over the last few months it's really changed. There's a completely new crew of people and while I understand that there's a learning curve and it takes time for a team to find its rhythm, I am repeatedly disappointed every time we go. We've been overcharged And there's never a time that something isn't forgotten so I always make sure to check our food before driving off. Unfortunately today I decided to have a little face and skipped the bag check. When I arrived home I discovered that both my double stacks were missing. Also, the french fries are not as crunchy/crispy as they were before. I could forgive all of those things though, but my biggest complaint is the price of the kids meals. They used to have after 4: 00 p.m. A $1.99 kids meals which was great especially since it's my family's favorite place. We don't get to go as often now because we can't afford it. I plan on sticking it out and hope to see improvements, because we just love the food that much lol.
Staff were very nice towards my visit and provided wonderful service.
I enjoyed sitting inside very much.
Pricey but good. A shout out to employee Shelli, she was the sweetest, most customer oriented employee I have had in a long time. More like her are needed!
Got taco salad lots of lettuce was more than a little wilted after picking out seven or more chunks of slimy blackish strings I returned to the counter. Manager said it was spinach She offered another salad I choose to have a price of chicken she added a bowl of apples as a courtesy. The salad was $8 something.
I was appeased but will not return.
Passed through here on a road trip with our dogs and was super surprised. My first thought was, wow! So that's what good Wendy's is supposed to taste like! They were super friendly to us and our dogs. Food came out hot, fresh, and tasted great! Wish I lived closer to this Wendy's T. T Thank you guys keep it up!
Got the Big bacon cheddar chicken sandwich. The thing was excellent. Fries were good but expected better seeing as how much they are advertising the new hot and crispy fries. But no complaints. Had a good experience with this location.
Yes Sir the Biggie bag can handle it, but the old Faithful Dave's double you can always get it right.
I'd actually rate them a 2.5, straight down the middle. Nothing there is really great, and nothing there is real bad. It is difficult to explain. Most of the cashers are friendly, but most of the people in the back are rude and ignorant. The food is overpriced for the quality, but then again, isn't basically everything else on earth? Few of the staff I'd rate a 4 maybe 5, most of them a 2 and a couple a 1.

Great place to go when no one knows where they want to go eat; you'll either get a yes! Or such a strong no that they immediately choose another option.
Before I leave their parking lot, complete respect and appreciation to the crew for making my order correct with no fuss and even an oatmeal bar to try. Mistakes happen-it is how a business makes them right. Thank you, Wendy's crew.
