Wendy's, Springfield MO

Oatmeal bar had a bite taken out of it. Would have went back but we're sick and it's not worth $2.

Definitely can tell it's holiday time but they calmly working through. Restaurant definitely gets busy around lunch and can get pretty lengthy.

The service in the drive thru was friendly, but they messed up my order. I am diabetic and really have to focus on controlling my diet. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich as a treat that isn't too bad for me. When I arrived at home, 20 minutes away, I had received a breaded spicy chicken sandwich that seemed to have been under the heat lamp for a while, even though it was already cold. I was dissatisfied, to say the least.

As always, try the chili on a cold night!

Awesome workers! Didn't catch the new girl's name at the drive-thru, but she was super friendly and did an amazing job!

Do not go here. They run off with card and horrible customer service. Talked to manager and she wouldn't look into guy flipping me off or running off with my card. Terrible service needs new staff and manager. Immediately.

Spicy chicken was very good, but what is up the 3 small pieces of romaine lettuce. But all if the other food was good.

Ordered chili. When got home, there was only liquid with two beans and small clump of hamburger. Disgusting. Plus cars were backed up in line spilling into Kearney. It was pure chaos. Normally the Best chili in town. I was very disappointed.

The staff was helpful, got our order right, and the food was fresh and very yummy. I appreciated how smooth it all went, actually.especially considering that I did a mobile order and there were no hiccups.

I come to this place often when I am in town. It is the closest to my sisters house, but I never know if it will take 20 minutes or 10 minutes to get through. It appears they can only process one car at a time. Not good for fast food. Looks like they might be training someone new, but where's the concern from management? The employees are always friendly enough!

You will wait forever and watch as your food sits on the line and gets cold. Order placed at 6: 09 pm got order at 6: 45pm. Eat at your own risk

The service was awful. We did not get what we ordered. It seemed as if none of the workers knew what they were doing. My husband had four drinks and two frosties plus two meals and was not offered a drink carrier. NO more Wendy's for us.

We ordered 2 salads and 2 kid meals. No pecans for the salad, cheeseburger had mustard, tea was unsweetened when we asked for sweet. They were very busy with 2 busses so I understand things were hectic. I would have liked to have my correct order though.

Great speedy time and wonderful drive through customer service with very nice caring personality

Oct 1 2022, I showed up at 8: 00 for breakfast pulled in to the all signs were on. No one would take my order so I pulled up to the windows. I could see staff inside but no one would come to the window. Pulled around and went to the doors.i was greeted by a man saying that they were not open due to no one showing up for work. A simple sign on the drive thru window would have been nice. Sad because this location has always been top notch on service and quality.

Update:
Thought I'd give this location another chance. I had a coupon for a Dave's Double meal for $5.99. Anyway the employee behind the counter tried telling me the I had to purchase something else to be able to use the coupon. I walked out and went to the location down the street and had no problem using the coupon. This location seems to hire the dumbest people to work there. I definitely will not be back now.

I will not be back to this location again soon. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich and asked for both filets to be made fresh. When I picked up the order at the window the manager said they were fresh but they definitely weren't. Whoever was in the kitchen simply put them back in the fryer to make them look that way but they were super dry and old tasting.
