So today no one showed for work. One lady on her day off opened and is running the store by herself. Wendy's needs to give this lady some type of reward for being awesome.
On 4.23.23 at 9am we went to eat inside but the door was locked. Tried again at 9: 05 and 9: 10. If you can’t open on time then I’m sure there is a million issues we can’t see. Horrible management ruins these restaurants. Try hiring someone with a watch.
Our family went to this location at 7: 30pm. They were out of several items, they told us there was a 5-15 minute wait for other items we ordered, no chili, no ice cream available at all.
They told the customer behind us in the drive through that if they want ice cream they can go to Dairy Queen or McDonald’s. We still waited in the long drive thru line to get food. After being handed our food we realized they hadn’t given us the sauces- so we asked for them. They were out and the shift lead began chiding and arguing with our cashier about it instead of either of them answering our question of which sauces Were available. I had to raise my voice so they could hear me ask for other sauces and stop arguing with each other.
Discovered on arriving home to eat that we did not receive one of our orders of fries or our receipt.
I don’t know what is going on with this location, but this was such an unprofessional, confusing, and unbelievable experience… I hope the franchise owners take a hands-on approach to recovering the operation of this location. I would recommend avoiding this particular location until something is done to correct supply, equipment, staffing, training, and management issues.
Our burger was very good but our Frosty was more like a melted shake. It did taste good though.
The service was great. Super friendly staff, fast service, the only issue was the burgers being undercooked.
Took 30 minutes in line to order food, 10 minutes additional in line to pay, food was delivered, and it was cold. Asked them to make a new hamburger, and it was colder. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this store.
Daytime service is fast and friendly. Haven't been in the evening, usually things slow up at night in fast food cause high school kids running the place pretty much. So wouldn't be surprised, go at your own risk lol.
Refused to serve us in the drive thru. Claimed they only had enough staff to do mobile orders only. I was the only person in there drive thru and it was very disappointing being so far from home and having to try to drive somewhere else to eat. I'll never get to order the again. Any other Wendy's yes but this location specifically has lost my business.
I went to Wendy's cuz they have very good food and they also has some low-cost food and I wanted to buy a bag of food to give to a homeless person. I got the four-for-four meal. I gave it to a walker on the street and he was very thankful to receive it. You have to be careful who you try to help out there. Be led by the spirit. I'm so glad this is available I want to say thank you Dave
Customer service was terrible. Wouldn't give receipt. Fry's we're trash. Not salted an double dipped to reheat. Just give it to me cold that's just trash. No ice for my drink. No reason given. Chicken was cold but at least edible. I hate doing drive thru but lobby locked at 7ish so there's that. They had a great conversation between themselves but not enough to even say bye.
The old white man with glasses is rude in the drive-through. It's about time for him to retire. He doesn't understand customer service at all. I will be calling corporate.
Luis was very polite and professional. I will definitely be back and the service was very quick.
I received completely wrong order while traveling and could not go back to the restaurant. They did not apologize, simply said, yes, thry mixed up the order. Could not give a refund or fix it unless I returned to restaurant, but there was no way for me to do this since I was delivering to an event. When I said this was really poor service, they said have a nice day and hung up.
You all screwed up your two best menu items. Spicy chicken sandwich hasn't been good in years since you all changed it and now upcharging the baconator as a double and even moreso as a triple is the death nail for me. Your new baconator is a Dave's single with bacon for 4x the cost. Congrats on adding strawberry for frostys. 40 years late
The frosty cups shrank and the price went up. The serving size IS better, but the price doesn't match at all.
