16 I wish I could give 5 stars and I'm not taking anything away from the lack of employees the industry is going through (pay more you would get better employees and I'm in the industry I run many restaurants I know this)
But tude nd uneducated employees is a disaster for any company and these 2 woman in the drive thru were rude obnoxious and didnt care anyone knew they hated thier jobs
Waiting in line 18 minutes Heard the person in front of me order get up to the order window and they say they're closed there was still 6 minutes left when she told me that
If I could give 0 I would, every time I come through something is missing or I have to sit for 30+ minutes. Tonight I doordashed and they forgot utensils, a drink, and a side I had ordered and of course when you try to call and complain it goes to voice-mail. Will not give them any more business.
If you're going to have a closed lobby, put up a sign and lock the door, instead of the manager literally screaming at me to leave when there's no way I could've known. It's 5pm, the door is open, there's a sign on the door that says you're open right now. Yet everyone inside was unmasked?
The staff are always rude and aon their phone. They always get orders wrong and close an hour early.
Was in line for doordash the order taker would take two orders and then put you on hold until both those orders were out of line and then would take another two orders. At this point you need to hire someone that knows how to multitask because this young lady does not enjoy her job.
Everything was good with the exception that all tables were left uncleaned at 2: 30 pm and there were a total of 2 in dining room. But staff was pleasant; efficient ; and food was good and hot.
This place is fishy and suck. Bought a meal $10 from them and they charge a water for extra $2.29. F it, if I know that I'd rather go to somewhere else. Greedy management.

Super slow drive thru every time. It takes like 5 minutes for them to be available to take your order
Monday 10-18-2021 at 7: 28 pm the person running the drive thru was rude and cussed us out I know it's hard to find good help but Wendy's has hit the very bottom of the barrel with the staff
My food was hot and delicious. Next time I'm in south KC, I will go to this location.
I wanted to go here for my birthday! I get there at six the hours say 5 but online it says open dine Intill 8 place is ridiculous. Making excuses because they’re really lazy
Worst customer service ever. 2nd time trying to order inside & being completely ignored both times. After waiting 10 minutes at the front, we walked out. So sad they can't hire help that care enough to even acknowledge our presence.
Went there last night. They close at 11: 00. Went there at 10: 36 and they turned us away. Most likely didn’t want to cook more food. Why stay open until 11: 00 then?
Fries were not hot. Food was not made to order. I was not impressed with Wendy's or the fact that it did not hold up to its commercial. I didn't go back because I expected them to get it right the first time. Hope it comes together.
