20Hands down the worst wendys around. The girl taking my order was rude to begin with, then she kept putting me on hold while I was placing the order to hold a personal convo with coworkers (I could hear them talking still), she repeated my order and still got it wrong. And they gave me some tough stale fries. At this point this location needs to be shut down
Gets two stars cause the food isn’t ever bad. Wait times are awful. Drive through is always 35-40 minutes every single time. Not sure how district manager hasn’t fixed this yet.
Lobby wasn't open so I had to wait in line there was eight cars in front of me and I am a doordash driver but the service once I did get to the front was great.
Line is always long but they are pretty quick. They forgot a burger out of my order tonight and I'll never get it cuz they dont answer the phone ️the workers are all friendly unlike most fast food in the area.
Slowest Wendy's in town! I refused to buy Wendy's unless I am somewhere else. Wendys used to take your wait time seriously. They were hard on their employees to keep their drive thru time down. This used to be a very fast location. These last few years have been embarrassing for them.
Waited almost 40 min in the drive through, order when I got home they messed up the sandwich, called complain and drove back up to get the sandwich and when got back home received the sandwich and still was not right.
HORRIBLE! Paid 31 dollars for absolute TRASH.please save ur money&go somewhere u can get ur money worth! Or a different wendys! We went thru drive thru & it took FOREVER just for some trash food.strawberry lemonade was HORRIBLE.taste like they mixed a different drink with it also it was very watered down.the burgers were so soggy! & the french fries were cold & tasted like they had been sitting for decades.the girl at the window was just standing there.not doing anything but looking lost.that lead up to another girl having to hand us our drinks that were completely disgusting & watered.i would never in my life go here again or recommend anybody to this location.after tasting there food i actually hate wendys now! Plus this was my first time having it & they are worse then freddys! Please please please go to another location or somewhere else! Don’t waste ur money on this garbage!
Got in line at 10: 30 its now 11: 07 and im not even at the speaker yet. It should never take this long to even order or pick up a mobile order. This is absolutely ridiculous, yall shouldve hired me when i applied but obviously yall dont want good workers and high drive thru times.
Wendy's food is always good. But they must have been short staffed. The drive through was so slow. The guy who took my order and payment was very courteous. The other worker seemed like she needed a break. But I will return.
This Wendy's is great I have been going there for at least 3 years and every time my order is correct. I mostly use drive through and the order takers and all the workers are so nice and helpful.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Drive thru line was long and a little slow on a stormy day, but food was hot and fresh when served. Worth the wait as the chili was delicious and the burgers were tasty!
40 minutes in drive up line on a 30 minute lunch. Doors are locked on inside again and employees had no clue why. I will not return. Open your doors and do your job.
Was spoken to so rudely. I will never go back. I asked for extra crackers. She three in my bag and told me to get out of here.
We waited almost half an hour in the drive through just for the worker to be rude and not even acknowledge us and our order wasn’t even right! Never again will i go to this location
Today they brought their A game, food the new chicken breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. Sweet so kids should like them to.
They wouldn't start my order until my Uber driver arrived to pickup.but I ordered ahead. They have zero logic. Then my Uber driver messaged me that they made her go back through the drive through which was 6 cars backed up. Thanks Wendy's for taking over 2 hours on "fast food".
Always fast service but the fries always have too much salt even if u ask for no salt. They also always taste like stale cardboard, even if they're fresh. Maybe has to do with fryer grease needing change?
Some friends and I called to see if their dining room was open on Thursday the 15th. They said if enough employees show up then it would be. (OK?) We got there at 11: 30am & the dining room wasn't open. We can see employees sitting at the tables inside. My friend and her mom walked around the building about 3 or 4 minutes checking the doors. Finally an employee came over and unlocked the door and said we can come in. The place was disgusting! We could not find one clean table. They were all sticky and had soda marks and trash on them. There was also trash all over the floor. We didn't notice that until we had ordered our food and then went to find a table to sit at. We really had trouble getting our food down because we were wondering if the dining room was that dirty, was the kitchen also that dirty? I don't know what happened to this place but it has gone super downhill! I have to say, the cashier was very friendly though. My cousin came in unexpectedly on a lunch break and came over to us and said he couldn't find a clean table. I said we know! So, enter this location at your own risk!
Although they were busy, they remained friendly. Seems like the manager was cooking, taking orders and cashing out payments. The food was fresh but there was no salt on the fries (not sure if that's the Wendy's way or not). The lettuce on my chicken sandwich was crisp. Great service and food
The food was great but my experience was not. No one asks for your order at the speaker dead silence until you have sat there a few minutes and say hello. It happened to me, the car in front of and behind me. Not a big deal, but I'm used to someone saying something when i pull up so i know it's ok to start saying my order, or ask me to hold on. I get to window to pay and surprise no one's there. I waited another minute and when the car in front of me pulled off i went on to the pickup window to try and pay. The lady looked confused and i said no one is back there i was confused where to pay and handed her the money. She tells me "he was on his way back there, but i will take it here" you get this sense of you are disturbing THEM from when you begin ordering, to paying, to getting your food. At least the food was hot and my order correct so i guess i was only slightly irritated by their low energy attitudes.
