Hamburger Restaurant Wendy's reviews
8Ordered baconator meal with Large fry and water. But received what appear to be a small fry or possibly a medium. Water tasted like it was out of the faucet and was still charged $13 for the meal.
I loved sitting in the drive thru for what seemed like an eternity mainly moving forward when others left without ordering. I would have left, but I stayed for my daughter. I wish the drive thru was quicker.
First let me just say, the service was great! They were all very friendly, seemed to enjoy their jobs and despite the wait, the food was hot and very fresh. I don't blame the staff at all for falling short, the burgers were just sooooo bland. It tasted like just eating a mashed up bun with mayo on it. Even with veggies on it, it still had absolutely no flavor. We all know Wendy's fries are not known for being the best in the world, but they were, by far, the star of the meal. When the barely seasoned fries outshine a double patty burger with all the fixings, that's pretty sad. We also had nuggets and they were weird. Puffy, which I didn't realize nuggets could even be, and bland as well. Wendy's needs to do some quality control to fix whatever they are shipping to this store.
Dining inside is rarely available, leaving drive-thru the only really option. Service has gone down. I’ve waited for as long as 40 minutes, 10 of which was at the order screen. I have seen multiple cars leave out of frustration, sometimes myself included. The staff are for most part quite pleasant with a few outliers, although not once was I apologized to for the wait. The best constant is the food quality.
It’s come to a point that if I go for Wendy’s it’ll have to start coming from a different location. It says something when the McDonald’s just next door with more people as two ordering lines has a shorter wait time.
We were stranded in their parking lot die a blowout with one of our tires on one of the hottest day the manager bend over backwards for my family. I plan to do something very nice for her in return
Yummy food at a great price Since I was little (over 30 years)
And I still enjoy the prices and flavors
Employee at the front counter was so "out of it" she could not even have a coherent conversation. She wanted to charge me for 2 jr frosties that I had key tags for. When I asked why, she could not even form a coherent statement. I had already used my rewards points in the order for some fries, but just left with nothing since she was obviously incapable of having that conversation. What a waste of time.
Had a very big order. Drove through while they weren't even busy and they jacked it up bad. Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and they gave me 3 burgers instead. Nuggets were supposed to be spicy but I got them normal and only one drink out of 5 was correct. Staff was NOT welcoming by any means. I was waiting at the window for 7-10 minutes before they even acknowledged me.
