20The wait in the drive thru took a while. When I got to the window the person did NOT say one word to me, got home and didn't have my entire order.
This is the best Wendy’s in the country. If you never et here, it’s worth flying inn. The manager and staff always greet you with a smile.
It's overpriced fast food made by people who likely don't earn enough money. Don't expect more than that.
I just went through the drive thru. The guy cut me off 3 times while I was trying to order. When I got to the window and asked for a receipt the guy didn't give one because it seemed to a little high. I just paid and took the food home to my family. Everything was cold. So I was charged way too much for food that was gross and I hope enjoy the extra money you made off me. I don't see any reason to call to ask for manager because they aren't going to do anything about it.
Food is tasty, just always want more fries and such that the price seems a bit high. The parking lot access is a bit rough but not their fault.
I ordered my meal online, but when I got up to the drive thru they claim my order wasn’t received. Then refused to give me my order despite physically seeing the confirmation id, time order placed, and receipt of transaction. Just terrible!
Food was sloppily put together, I got the new nacho burger and was missing the crispy chips on it and the bun tasted stale. Fries were also cold and had some raw frozen fries mixed in with the partially cooked fries. Long wait as well. Not worth the 30+ dollars spent there tonight
Never been more offended or disrespected than I was by this white trash dude working here. Took 25 minutes waiting in the lobby to get food I sent by mobile order at least 5 minutes prior to that.then the food was barely Edible! Chicken overfried
Food was cold, staff had poor customer relations. Soda machine was missing all diet drinks.
The lead male w/man bun must have his hair to tight bc he is always rude. I said, "I hope your night gets better" as he handed me my food his response"it will as soon as you leave". He was not happy to see me walk in the resteraunt to retrieve my salad that wasn't given to me & another employee tried to assist me & he was rude the employee also. I suggest he not work with people since he's definitely NOT a people person.

The person at the window got my order wrong not once not twice not three times but 4 times and angrily threw away the wrong order items. This was at 9: 45 I waited on my cold food for 45 minutes and had to proceed through drive threw 2ce. The guy at the window had a poor attitude seemed very out of it. And asked for multiple items back to prove they were wrong. Will definitely be ignoring this spot for a while.

Filthy place. Like really nasty. Your feet will stick to the floor immediately. Bugs everywhere, really not sure how this place is even open. Don't eat here, turn around and run like I did
If I could give them 0 stars I would. My food was cold and they didn’t do anything I asked. I got the ghost pepper sandwich with no tomato add pickles. They didn’t do it and there was barely any of the spicy crunchy things. $7 for a sandwich and couldn’t even get it how I wanted it. Beyond disappointed. Literally everything was cold
This has always been a good Wendy’s to go to. They’re always nice and the food is always hot and correct.
Saturday night 9-9-2023. The Guy taking orders at the drive thru was a complete and total jerk. He was short and rude to the two cars ahead of me and for no reason I was treated the same way. He got my order wrong, the wait time was redicioulious, they were out of Dr. Pepper, out of Frosties. We spent $40 and everyone in my family had some type of disappointment. Not even a thank you or a good night in response to my thank you. So disappointing.
I gave 1 star for the atmosphere because of James the manager.
There is a way to talk to employees and he has no idea what that is. The young lady with long dark brown hair was as sweet and patient as she could be. This spot is lucky to have her.
Clearly she was an inconvenience to her boss James trying to get my coupon to work. And he wasn't any better with the rest of the team.
I know it's hard to find good help. But, if the restaurant is having trouble keeping people, I know why.
Drive through took 30 plus minutes to get through. They put ketchup all over the burger that should be an option they should ask the customer if they want, otherwise place the condiments in the bag for the customer to dress up their burger how they like them. No napkins in the bag and we had to ask for straws. When you are traveling and eating on the run, you expect to have these things in the bag with the food. When did all this change. The price of a combo is the same as a sit down restaurant where you get cloth napkins and silverware. Just WOW!

bed hungry gave my food to my kid. I worked 12 hours and I was too tired
to go back. Practically threw my bag at me. (Worker seemed stressed, line was kong) I felt very rushed. I asked if they remembered a side of sour cream. She said yes, is all there. I handed it to my son, told him to check it quick! He also felt rushed. So, a Jr.bacon cheeseburger, plain, no fries, and sour iced coffee.
Food is great, service is trash. Employees are rude, getting a “have a good day” is like pulling teeth. The absolute specimen that I dealt with in the drive through had NOTHING to say and just mean mugged me the whole time.
